  1. I'm bingereading the books again
  2. I'm still not sure wether or not I'm getting the Crest. I definetely want to but my god that thing is overpriced
  3. Same here, love that little guy!
  4. Pretty sure they reused the printed eyes from Hedwig for The Child
  5. The D2C batcave also has both Bruce and Batman
  6. All regular Batcaves (so not counting the Juniors and Duplo stuff) included both Bruce and Batman
  7. Wow I did not expect the Baby Yoda model to look this good! For ~80 euro I definetely won't pick it up as soon as it comes out though, might if it gets to a 20-30% discount
  8. @deskp where's that head you used for Fleur from?
  9. I think the blue milk Luke figure is pretty neat and definetely channels that classic LEGO humor but when I look at it like I should look at it, a Deluxe Edition exclusive minifigure, I must admit I'm really disappointed. It's pretty much just a very common figure with a new head and a 1x1 printed brick with a very small update to it. It's fine but I really expected more than this Sounds like they used the Battlefront II VO's for characters like Luke, Han and Palps You heard that correctly, good listening!
  10. That looks great! Good thinking on using a normal minifig
  11. Thanks, that torso came from Nehmaar Reem from the Hidden Side Mystery Castle. It's available for purchase on B&P's (I ordered the legs as well but it hasn't arrived yet so I had to put some other legs on him for the time being)
  12. I feel like Batgirl's cowl from TLBM could work quite well for Battinson if they removed the bar bit
  13. For those interested, I posted the first part of my custom DA figures over on the HP Minifigures thread
  14. So as you all know Diagon Alley is about to come out and if there's one thing that's a bit annoying about that amazing set it's the relatively small amount of figures. To make up for that I made a bunch of figures (custom, not based on anything really) with backstories and everything. This is a ''part 1'', I'll post more later. Enjoy and let me know what you think! ------------------------------------------------------------------- Mr. Aligan - an extremely old wizard who ran a small shop in Diagon Alley for the better part of a century. Due to his age and his aching back his son took over his 'shop-duties' but he still loves to walk through the Alley and talk to his old comrades from time to time. 'The Weird One' - a stranger who turned up in Diagon Alley one day and can mostly be seen lurking around the entrance to Knockturn Alley. Nobody really knows who he is but they do know he's not right in his mind. There are also some rumors floating about, telling stories of someone he might have pledged his allegiance to...... Edward 'Ed' Hallow - an elderly wizard who loves nature and brewing potions. He lives at the edge of a small town, comes to Diagon Alley 2 or 3 times a week for supplies and then goes back making his potions again. His neighbours think he's a weird man but behind his ragged looks lies a very friendly person who can become friends with anybody, is loved by many and is never too busy for a good conversation. Aberforth Dumbledore - well.... you know who he is Alfonso Norrington - a self proclaimed 'adventurer', 'slayer of mighty beasts' and 'collector of vast treasures' who tells a lot of stories about his daring adventures. But the adventurer he once had inside of him is long gone, for he has become incredibly jumpy and gets easily scared. Why? Well nobody really knows for sure but there's a rumor it involves an ambush from a Chinese Fireball and the loss of his leg. Harris and Eloise Dunsworth - these two fell in love years ago when they went to Hogwarts together, having both been sorted into Ravenclaw house. While Eloise generally stays at home to keep everything running smoothly Harris is a very ambitious ministry official who works in the Department of Magical Cooperation. Their youngest son Jackson will be starting Hogwarts this year and though they generally don't prefer one house over the other they secretely have their fingers crossed the Sorting Hat will pronounce Jackson a Ravenclaw, much like themselves during their Hogwarts days. Jackson and Buck Dunsworth - brothers and the sons of Harris and Eloise Dunsworth. Buck's a daring Gryffindor who doesn't shy away from trouble and will be starting his 4th year when he returns to Hogwarts. Jackson on the other hand will be starting his 1st year at the school and while he's definetely excited he's also very scared of what lies ahead.
  15. I'll make sure to post some pics of my figures in the Potter minifigure thread sometime soon
  16. I've already created 17 of them
  17. To steer things back to topic: anyone else creating a crap ton of custom figures to populate DA?
  18. If you don't like Harry Potter what are you doing here in the first place? Well fingers crossed then
  19. Didn't say that but there's no need to come to yet another thread just to complain about the theme in question existing like already pointed out to you by members of the Harry Potter thread
  20. You might think that but at least she has actual sources and an amazing trackrecord (who do you think the initial Snydercut info came from?) as opposed to all the nobodies who's info you just suck up like a sponge
  21. Don't want it don't buy it, simple as that. No need to come here to complain about it as you do on all the other threads
  22. It's doing really well so it's not going anywhere anytime soon
  23. Grace Randolph is the only movie critic I trust and she hasn't said a single thing about an R rating. As for that BrickTwinsProductions guy, why should we trust info that comes from someone who's essentially a nobody?
