The set releases in a little more than a week so an early VIP release is definetely not going to happen and I highly doubt they'll do preorders as they haven't done them for the other D2C sets this year. Um, well.... no. From the start of the reboot this theme has made itself known as one of the licensed themes that cares most about screenaccuracy, obviously we'll at least have something to say if figures end up not being accurate

Definetely agree with this, Hagrid's inclusion is fine. The only variant we haven't gotten yet is Care of Magical Creatures

If you just look at the sticker sheet you'll notice that the stickers on the box are just positioned quite far apart, you can put them closer if you want I think at this point we've well established that none of the DA shops can be well represented at a pricepoint as low as $30

You could dismantle it by using the instructions backwards but that's just gonna be a huge waste of time. The only good way to do it (at least imo) is just breaking the set apart, washing the pieces and then just sort them out and put them in bags.

Just take some chunks off and start disassembling those, put all the loose pieces together and wash them afterwards to get rid of your dust.

If you enhance the picture a bit you can clearly see the face and it's definetely the head they use for Bruce Wayne, Eli Mills and pretty much 90% of all Star Wars officers. I wouldn't have bothered if it fit Lucius but it doesn't

While I would definetely have liked to get 2 or 3 more figures the thing that really disappoints me is (once again) the lack of skirtprinting for Molly, the awfull face reuse for Lucius and the lack of legprinting for Lockhart

I asked a LEGO store employee here in the Netherlands wether or not they had them and they told me it was a US exclusive polybag, lucky for me a non-official LEGO store had imported hundreds of them so in the end I was still able to get one

I don't either, I know I'd definetely buy more of those than the crappy comicbook sets we've been getting the last few years. Also, for an event that's supposed to be for ''all DC fans all over the world'' this is oddly restricted

It's nice to see something like this being available for everyone who wants to participate. I won't go hunting this figure down on the aftermarket if I don't get it but I'm definetely entering if I can find out how!

First of all, welcome to EB! People's opinions as far as I've read them are generally positive but it's good to take in mind that this is still a forum, we discuss things. When something's good we generally just talk about it for a bit and move on but the negatives tend to be discussed more and for a longer period of time because they are obviously things that could've been done better and we all have different ideas of what the word ''better'' means in a certain situation. So even if we do talk about a set's faults for a while that doesn't mean we're all disappointed

I wouldn't count on anything special, knowing Marvel the figures will definetely be the main reason to buy the set

They look like the other quill piece LEGO has I really don't see Borgin and Burkes looking good at $30, definetely needs a higher price

While it's probably 450 I'm still holding out hope for it to be 400, considering there isn't really any kind of pattern to which sets do and which ones don't get a price increase

It is supposed to be 400 euro but if you're referring to the Dutch price we don't know yet, fingers crossed it's also 400 though! They are highly specific licensed parts so I'd say those chances are incredibly small or just nonexistant
