The only thing keeping me from giving this an 'Outstanding' vote is the insane amount of stickers. Otherwise, it's my favorite set from the first wave! I was head over heels excited when I first saw pictures of the set.

Muddy, you should probably leave the politics out of this thread (and clean up your grammar a bit). Just saying. My only concern with using the Lord Garmadon torso (even though Gen. Krell is a tall character) is that other characters like Chewie are just as tall, but still use the normal torso. I'd hate to see Lego sacrifice that consistency.

The Uruk-hai set will more than likely be available here in the states. Just be patient. It will probably show up at Target later this year.

Oh man, I really hope so!! Dex's Diner is on my top-ten list of sets to be made.

I apologize if this has been asked before, but did you see the minifigs that come with the planet sets? Is the Kamino Droid an R2 (round dome) unit or an R5?

Just to clarify things about the Yoda's Hut/Ewok Village/A-Wing "rumor": This post over at the Rebelscum forums is the source of this information. James Burns responded to a post of mine saying that he's actually seen one of those three sets, and that it will be coming out next year. James is a highly reputable source, so we can assume that this information is correct and one of these sets will in fact be coming next year.

I agree; it would be great to see minifigures of Galadriel, Arwen, and Eowyn before the line is finished. Heck, I'd even love a Rosie Cotton minifig.

That's actually a really good point. TLG seems to use new character molds multiple times within a short span of time (take the new R5 units, for instance).

Yep, those were my ideas that James commented on. I'm personally hoping for a Dagobah set! I would love to see a good $40-50 playset.

Bag End and The Hobbit Lego game are the only products that have been confirmed so far.

Great review! I remember being so excited that a Mos Eisley Cantina set was coming out...but then it was this. Needless to say, the set is long overdue for a new version!

Doubtful. I think LEGO learned their lesson somewhat after seeing the demand for 10179 was still high after it was discontinued, hence the reason 10188 has been available for so long. And I know many collectors who have purchased as many as 8-9 extra Death Stars to sell in the future, so I don't foresee there being a drastic shortage once the set is retired.

Nice looking minifig! But yeah...the sword should be silver. Not a total dealbreaker for me though. I really do hope this still leaves open the possibility of a Last Alliance set.

I was at Walmart today, and they already had several Marvel sets on clearance: Quinjet - $50 Helicarrier Breakout - $35 Wolverine Helicopter - $13 I'm not sure why these were being clearanced so soon...they also had several Lord of the Rings sets marked down (I picked up Helm's Deep for a mere $89).

Boy, I sure hope not. LotR not selling well would be extremely sad. It has to be some sort of mistake, though. It was literally only 3 weeks ago that this Walmart put LotR sets on the shelves; hardly enough time to determine whether they're selling well or not.

Guys in the U.S. - get to your local Walmart ASAP!!! For some reason, they've put a LOT of new sets on clearance (including LotR!). I just got back and picked up Helm's Deep for $89. They also had Mines of Moria for $54 and Weathertop for $40. Lots of other good deals to be had as well.
