I think at best we'd get a handful of sets in summer like this year.

The first NWH set leak said we would get a buildable Sandman and we got a hand so cant wait to get Sandman's other hand in the No Way Home expansion.

Yeah I agree about the building not being iconic by itself but a well designed Manor Modular from a certain time period with appealing architecture appeals to not just Superhero fans but Modular/Building fans in general similar to how Daily Bugle does for Modular fans who want a grey skyscraper in their cities. I'm not sure what you mean by meme-ify the Bugle set but like you say that isnt iconic on appearance but stick Daily Bugle sign on a skyscraper and fill with enough Minifigures that people want and you have a big selling set (assuming based on community sentiment, no idea if it has sold well). As for price (and who knows how legos budget actually work after seeing The Marvels set) a two story manor on a baseplate and a half which seems to be biggest size they do modulars for usually with say around 15 minifigures for $400 and a Batcave around same size with similar minifigure count seems feasible. Whether it meets customer expectation in terms of size for a manor and potential gardens surrounding it plus Batcave likely not but if a set (or 2) like this were to be created I think expectations on size would have to be kept in check and not expect something like Brent Waller's (I think thats his name) MOC version which is what it seems some people want to get (not saying you just general sentiment from reading these threads). I don't think its likely and with state of DC theme seems very unlikely but I do think it would be feasible especially if this was a Harry Potter or Star Wars theme

In Lego's eyes/budget thats one print.

With a Batcave and Wayne Manor you could argue they could be 2 separate sets that use similar technique of Gringotts to stack on top of each other. With Gringotts I get the impression (not in HP threads or follow closely) that the bottom section wouldnt sell that well if separate set at the price point. With Wayne Manor/Batcave I think they'd be enough demand for both separately and a joint purchase (if done well). It does surprise me that Lego dont do more "complete" sets that join together like Jabbas Palace/Rancor 10 years ago

Remember the days couple years ago when Cara Dune was included in a Star Wars set because the minifigure was of the character and not the actor.

I don't think the 5 means 5 pieces. There are 2 COLLAR, 18X31,5 listed. The cheaper one (6284425) comes with 2 pieces being Lando's cape and collar from 75257 Millennium Falcon and though listed as Black on PaB its black on one side and blue on the other

The capes title seems to have changed (or maybe I didnt read it correctly when they first showed up) but it says "Capes Multipack (4x Cape No.68, 1x No.15, 1x No.40)" so its a pack of 6 which not bad for the price considering past fabric prices

Yeah its a shame they havent shown up. Apparently the sets being retired end of this year so Im not expecting them to show up unless they use PaB to get rid of over produced stock when it retires. Thats my last hope for those torsos showing up

Considering it uses the same Lego parts that come in the set and it visually looks better than the official version (i.e. the proportions are better) the only real difference is that he isn't employed by Lego and the set hasn't gone through their QA process (for what thats worth). Lego is still Lego regardless of who designs it so why does it matter if they are an employee of Lego? Maybe something has been lost in translation?

It's what I would expect but I think Ultron is only one we're aware of. Does Jedi Jac Penguin have a track record? If true I guess were getting new helmets for Mark 43 and 45 with roughly same print. Being based on AoU theres not much other options but wish we got new characters like when Daredevil and Punisher showed up in Bugle. I am really bored of same characters again and again (except for Iron Man and Spiderman more colourful variants)

As were missing 99% of Sandman in NWH set, Ill have to look at having a go at @hachiroku24 latest Giant Sandman using the Giant Maxi Harry/Hermione figures as a template. Disappointed Electro didnt get a new mask mold as it could have been reused for a comic Electro in future. Shame.

So it's the end of May and the only two things we know of and havent seen are the Advent Calendar and Avengers Tower. Feels too early to be done with the year.
