Diorama with "You shall not pass!" quote of Gandalf and Balrog in Moria to match the Brickheadz with the fellowship watching on. Though SW dioramas arent D2C so don't know if thats likely. -

@Blackjackmodels Ive just come across this. Its a brilliant modular! Its what I hoped the actual modular set would have been (though that was never going to happen). Its a little thing but I love how you did the main door and the rectangular table. And all those Brick Bank Glass Windows!! What did you think to the official set? I see this was posted before its release and maybe leak so is there anything you'd borrow from the official one to improve yours e.g. techniques, stickers, easter eggs etc. Also whats the base stud size? It looks like an odd size for baseplates? Awesome work though, should be very proud of it! -

The Helmet Collection is dead, Long live the Bust Collection! Easy pass for me. I look forward to multiple of these coming in the next couple of years that I can pass on. If Hulkbuster is $500 set and that was rumoured to have 1 figure, thats going to have to be one hell of a hulkbuster. -

Lego havent celebrated 10 years of the theme never mind an internal DC anniversary. They havent handled anything yet, just sorting out the mess from previous regime. Im not saying you wont be proven right but give them a chance to succeed or fail on their own terms first. -

The Sanctum RRP was originally meant (or can be assumed) to be 190 but they increased the price on release day to new price of 215 at least on Lego website. A lot of retailers prior to 1st Sept were selling at 190 but since 1st Sept has gone up to 215. Bugle is exclusive to Smyths so best discount likely to be 20% at some point -

Its the ones that disappeared today (2nd Sept) thats the most annoying. They only came back last week and have gone, not out of stock but gone from the site. Seriously Lego make a decision whats going to be available and stop messing with it. I havent used the service since the change and was putting a basket together this week to fill the gap in multiple projects and they pull pieces I had in my basket. Honestly I dont know if I can be bothered to put an order in as things just disappear from the basket, then the site, and I have no idea what. Its like they dont want people to use it. -

Yeah I understand that it just seems more likely he's receiving the unrevealed $80 BP set a month before release to review than a $500 mystery D2C 2 1/2 months before its leaked release date especially when it was shipped with one of the revealed sets for 1st Oct. Not impossible your right just seems very unlikely. Though we can debate whether the box size on screen could fit a $500 set in it if you want -

Got to agree with this. Its around double the 1989 Batmobile in price (give or take a bit for inflation). Were talking 5000+ pieces on a set for that price. Thats a big or very over detailed vehicle. My worst nightmare with this is that it contains loads of great minifigures I want with a build I dont care about -

I agree an Avengers Tower like the Empire State Architecture set (https://www.lego.com/en-gb/product/empire-state-building-21046) at around that price range would work but not $500 set. How much taller would an Avengers Tower Modular be compared to Daily Bugle. Would it be more than one baseplate even? Seems like it would be more than $500 for an Tower that is correct size compared to Bugle
