Lego Licensed Parts available from Bricks & Pieces
upliftingbricks replied to LegoPercyJ's topic in LEGO Licensed
Yeah should be. Think they've been stocked a few times in the US since start of year based on this thread. Don't think Castle is retiring this year so hopefully plenty of time to get them if you aren't in a rush. -

Glad the Castle parts are available now (though most OOS minutes after adding to cart, not that I was buying them now). I can wait for stock to be available in the future now that they're listed. Means I can start to think when I can get the Castle set, now I can pad out the minifig selection with extras from PaB. If they hadnt shown up I might have taken the Castle set off my list altogether. You missed them by about 10/15 minutes -
DC Superheroes 2023 - Rumors & Discussion

I didn't realize there was a point to get? I thought we were speculating about what the Batcave could mean for the theme and future sets. Maybe you're missing the point of the thread? Lego don't care about size! We don't even know how wide and tall the batcave is? You're assuming certain dimensions and a certain size of Manor. The Manison doesn't even have to be the same width as the batcave. The grounds of manison could fill the space or it could be a facade like Joker Manor instead of Home Alone style set. As mentioned the Manor wouldn't have to be same price point as Batcave to fit with it. Theres different approaches that could be taken and still be good display model. I know it wont happen but it's fun to speculate on what could be especially after such a dry spell of DC news. -

Not a fan of Victorian Architecture? The whole Modular line are just buildings of various architecture designs. Buildings if done well, sell, irregardless of flashy designs on the front. Add minifigures and a set that connects to another set (see Jabbs Palace and Rancor Pit). Extra appeal to certain types of collectors. Thats a good point on both the planning (I dont think it has been) and multiple manisons. We dont even know if it does have a roof to support a set to sit on top. -

Technically it wont be a "Modular" building on top as Modulars currently are built on baseplates which wont connect to anything on the underside but like you I hope it allows for a future building to be placed on top. -

Cant wait for the minifigure list for this to come out. Like the idea of the batcave but at that price point it has to be good design and include a fair few new characters. Hopefully (if good) it leads to a Wayne Manor that can sit on top (love that idea) and an Arkham at some point (though Id sit prefer my modular Arkham playset idea like the Harry Potter Hogwarts sets just to make it more affordable) -

Isnt it Bestseller that counts and Standard doesnt? Did you have one or other that tipped you over the threshold or was it all PaB? -

With The Marvels set at that price to piece ratio being similar to the Jurassic Park/World sets PPP it must contain a dinosaur! Is Devil Dinosaur rumoured to be in the film? -

Comparing piece count and price to the Marvel set, the DC one is more expensive price to piece (not greatest metric but all we have for now) so could that mean theres bigger pieces/more new moulds/more figures to bump the price up or Marvel just getting a better deal -

Not a fan of buildable characters in general though at least with Antman, the Giant Man makes sense (though Id prefer the HP style big brick built version). I don't see why they couldn't have increased the cost of this set by 10 (other than allowed budget) and thrown in some minifigs and kang with his flame buggy for Giant man to squash. Wasted opportunity to me! -

Im starting to think Europe aren't getting the Lion Knights Castle torso/legs and horse bardings that have shown up in America. We have some Castle parts listed so assuming thats all we're getting. I get different areas might have different stock levels but why aren't they listed as out of stock on Europe yet if they've shown up elsewhere and are planned for Europe. How PaB is run makes absolutely no sense to me. -

He says at the start of the video "Earlier in 2022". Dont disagree that more is coming though at some point as survey wouldnt be asking about prices of a set -

Thats from the 2022 LAN day like I said in my previous post, so the March he is referring to is this March (2023) for the Rivendell set. I didn't hear him mention Barad'dur but might have missed it but that hadn't leaked in 2022 so unlikely he would have -

Where was this? I saw a video on MiniSuperheroesToday where he said next March but that was filmed in 2022 so he was talking about Rivendell this March. -
