Actually, these were already discussed here. But it's good to have a specific place to discuss the new track. After all, we are all hoping for even more geometries, right?
-
Wow, now this be some frontpage quality stuff! Great job mayey!

Why, hello Zorro! Nice of you to finally introduce yourself! May I be the 12th person to say welcome to Eurobricks. It has been a pleasure working under you these past few months, and you are a brilliant asset to both the pirate community and LEGO community in general. Good to finally 'meet' you.

I was unsure of what to expect when I read the contradictory title of this thread, but when I read the thread itself, I was filled with dissapointment. You are a brilliant asset to the online pirate community, and a great bloke to all those who know you. You will be greatly missed and I hope you will be able to grace us with your presence sooner rather than later. But good luck in your future endevours mate. P.S. HMS243 is awesome because he showed me how to use Bricklink. =P

Exclusive Train 10194 Emerald Night (Exclusive 2009)
Captain Zuloo replied to der seb's topic in LEGO Train Tech
Interesting. Although I think these would make ballast look less realistic and therefore may not sell as highly to the AFOL train community. But I suppose when you weigh out the increase in track geometry and the decrease in ballast possibilities, it all depends on personal taste.- 559 replies

Well, over at Classic-Pirates.com and the Pirate Forum we are very pleased with the new pirate sets. And what we have seen of the trains look pretty cool too. So welcome to EB, and enjoy your time here.

Very nice. I especially love the fire escape. I really look up to people that can achive a high level of detail on digital MOCs. I think this would look very nice in real pieces. Very well done.

Hello Spyder, and welcome to Eurobricks! Do you have any favourite themes?

And YouTube's is crap compared to Vimeo's. If you want to upload brilliant quality videos, I suggest you have a look at Vimeo.

Yarrg! I'm looking foward to seeing the entries for this - frontpaged! -
From this image, does anyone see this MOCs sails as too square?

BrickFair Pirates theme - It's a super-trippy experience!

Possibly he can't get there? But surely he could, Canada isn't so far away, just a few hours drive. For myself and Mister Phes for instance, it's a lot of hours in a plane and an empty wallet. -
Do any sets with cannons have no bases?

, my friends, is stupidty.

Your best bet would probably be the Advanced Building Techniques thread.

Nice auctions here Zorro! Although your first image isn't there.

What I find interesting, is the new sidewalk standard seen in sets such as Cafe Corner, Green Grocer, Market Street and Town Plan. It doesn't really leave room for a roadplate without the hassle of moving all the sidewalk tiles from one plate to the other.

Yeesh, I didn't think of that. I think he'll need bed sheets for them!

When are we going to change our banner?
Captain Zuloo replied to pr0visorak's topic in Forum Information and Help
Yeah, or train month? With the Emerald Night and all, why not? Throw a few more classics like the Load N' Haul Railroad and the Metroliner in with Conductor Charlie etc, and you'll have an awesome banner! But please don't have a Power Miner's month. -
When are we going to change our banner?
Captain Zuloo replied to pr0visorak's topic in Forum Information and Help
Well, completely back on topic, I think we should have another Pirate themed month. After all, Pirates are more exciting than winter, and Pirates only got 1 month, where as winter has had 2 months. I say we have a majority vote - but only Zuloo, Zorro, Phes and Bonaparte can vote. -

Ok LegoKing, you do sound like a good worker, be sure to look out for vacant positions that you'd be interested in.

I fail to see how my answer to this will determine if I'll live or die but... I voted "Yes". The Pirate Indexes are a great way to find an old MOC that you sorta remember and want to see a technique, or a way to just enjoy different MOCs. And the libraries etc, WOW! All in all, the Piratical Indexes are something that makes Classic-Pirates.com unique from other fansites and forums. Well done to all who compiled them.

Aw, give me a break. I had to shuffle the C-P news around in order to get these onto the frontpage at 2:30 AM!
-
Sure as hell, no. This is a first for any LEGO theme I think. I don't recall there ever being any playing cards in the past. And the pictures of the minifigs on the cards are from the new line. Anyway, onto the frontpage it goes!
