Great rocks and landscape! You should edit your pics. Mocs with this quality surely deserves better presentation!

A nice litte moc here! Nothing to complain about. Perhaps the light in the photo. Seems like you are in the way of the light when taking the pic?

Posted in the wrong guild! Move along! Nothing to see here! (or you can see it in the Avalonian thread soon! ;)) -

Thanks guys! =) Robuko; the ore is taken by some long sticks with baskets on them (at least I think after looking at some old paintings!) ME: Hehe well I only have 12 of them! =( They are pretty darn expensive! =)

Yay! At least my sigfig was there! Looks like you had a great time! -
The landscape of Benoic is green rolling countryside lacking of mountains. Iron ore is imported from Mitgardia to make weapons. However iron ore is still common in Benoic as well. In small oligotrophic lakes in Benoic bog iron ore or limonite can be found. In autumn and winter when the farming works is sparse the peasants go out to the lakes to collect it. With these iron ore the city of Sionnach makes tools and other stuff used in the daily life of Benoic. First the iron is collected from the bottom of the lake. Then heated over fire to get rid of the water and sulphur in the limonite. After that the limonite is put in small fire pits with charcoal. The charcoal and the iron sinks deeper in the pit while the residue is left in top. The iron forms big lumps at the bottom and can be collected after the temprature has decreased. I would like to claim HSS Laborer Mining with this build. C&C most welcome! Great inspiration from Gideon!

Wow! What a great little moc! The throne in the Avalonian colours is a great detail! -
I love your concept and that you allow others to build in your city! You are truly a skilled builder!

Very classic feel to it as said by others! The stove is great! Some dusty bricks, a little to large plates on the ground makes the ground look a bit blocky. I guess that you will reveal a big layout later on, but the white edited areas in the pics makes it really confusing.. -
A nice little moc! The minifigs posings are great and I like the stone pillar as well! Better light in these than your gate house! However you have cut the pics in strange angels (perhaps something bigger is connected to this?) and I would love to see a pic showing the whole moc!

Some really cool and clever designs and details! The edited head is a great touch! When I saw this on the mobile I thought it was a real lego head!

Looking really good mate! I like the huge towers and the use of pre molded window bricks, they fit well in this moc! The photo could use some more light in the first pic. Don´t use the flash directly on the moc. If you can´t change the direction of the flash use more natural light and no flash!

You really have an unique touch to mocs and this one is spectacular! Many great details!

Woooow! And here it is! So great! When we discussed this earlier I thought it would be great but the result blows my mind! So many great angels, details and posings of the minifigures! The lightning makes it even better! You have to keep this one as decoration at home! Great to see my son again! Hope he is a good student!

Lovely moc! Has some DC and LD touch to it!

Welcome new members! Great to have you here! Regarding the river Avonmora, in the first maps it ended up in the ocean and I thought it was rather large? A new moc is coming soon! Have to take some pics of it and then edit them! Edit: and here it is! http://www.eurobrick...howtopic=100662 So many great mocs lately! Have to catch up with them!! -

Avonmora is the name of the river that runs through Benoic. I have no problems with a dam downstream of Benoic! -

Looks great! I agree with Simon about the amount of buildings! -
Looks good and promising! Are you going to change some of the things mentioned to you in the other topic? Like arrow slits in the first floor and the similarity to the towers, vegetation and guards.. I like the grass! Trees would be in the way for the defence of the castle so I think you should stay with the grass

Thanks all! Glad you like it! =) kabel: yes, sorry to say but money can´t be spent on lego these days! have to paint my house next year and that cost alot!!! =( so all my street cobblestone is re used over and over again! alfadas: yes indeed! chima torso on the guy! and also on the guy with the sword (the fox torso) watching them!
