Even though I’m not buying WWW, I’m very curious to see how they execute it, that’s the only hype I have for photo reveals for HP this year.

It’s crazy that the only things I’m really interested in this wave are two mini figures being Scabior and Rita Skeeter.

Definitely the Gunship and Venator. Some people may not like the Gunship because it’s Courscant style and not as good for army building, but getting not only Phase II Fox but shock troopers and Chancellor Palpatine is really cool. Venator because that’s definitely going to be a beast. Don’t care for the Swamp Speeder or the Ghost and I really wished the former came with 327s and Bly. No one’s really talking about Yavin IV but I’m excited for that one as well, just gotta to see how they execute it. Because if it’s just a slice of the hangar and not the entire Temple I don’t think I want it. Also want the two new dioramas. This is probably the most I ever wanted from a single wave from a very long time, about ten years or so.

I mean sets for beloved IPs sequels or prequels seemed to have flopped in the past. Fantastic Beasts, Star Wars Sequels, casual audience doesn’t really care for them and they don’t sell well. And Star Wars and HP are way bigger IPs than Indiana Jones. So I kinda get just focus on the iconic scenes. Especially in a franchise where the latest Indiana Jones wasn’t well received at all (I do like KoTC though) and Harrison is now 80 years old. I know I wasn’t buying an DoD sets until after seeing the movie and seeing if it’s worth it. Yeah three year would be perfect, get what we need and while like I said I’m an optimist, I know Indiana Jones isn’t evergreen.

He literally said “I’m sure the theme will continue into next year” Like I know we all want to be all gloom and doom in this thread but I’m an optimist, I’ll keep the faith until it’s officially confirmed that the theme is done. It still seems odd to me that Lego would just bring back the theme for one wave, I’m guessing they probably have a three year plan like that they did for HP.

So just so you all know, Reddit leaker who predicted the gunship months in advance and pegged the IJ reveal date said that he’s sure that there’s another wave for next year.

Respectfully disagree I think this list is real or at very least partially right. Reddit leaker correctly stated the Indy reveal date. And all these sets make sense even if wishlisty. Ghost for the Ahsoka, Venator because pretty much all the OT sets are done and it’s close enough to a Star Destroyer. And the UCS Gunship is retiring soon. Idk I believe this

This guy correctly stated the reveal date of the IJ sets being on March 13 so I think he might have something especially now that promobricks back it up too in a reverse April Fool’s Day joke. So I believe the gunship rumor at least

Personally I would just have Gringotts, Leaky Cauldron, and Borgin and Burkes so it could still be compatible with 2020 Diagon Alley and more display oriented. Have the Dragon and Vault as a play set instead of mucking up the the D2Cs.

Wow what a let down if Gringott’s is not only not somewhat compatible with the 2020 version and it’s compatible a new line of DA Shops that have already existed. Bummer dude. I don’t even know if I’ll buy Gringotts if that’s the case and it was the only set I was planning on buying.

I’ll buy a DA shop expansion if it’s of shops we have not yet and can connect to DA. Bummer no Durmstrang Ship.

Bit let down with the Endor Diorama feels a bit sparse so I’ll bricklink Endor but holy cow the Final Duel is gorgeous! And Luke has a new hairpiece let’s go!!!!!

Oh shoot you right. I made the mistake of the Hogwarts Grounds set being one of the two mystery sets instead of it replacing the Knight Bus D2C.

With pic leaks/reveal probably within a month, I’m really hoping to get some confirmation of what the final set is. Fingers crossed for Durmstrang Ship because along with Gringotts, those are the last two sets I really need

I actually kinda enjoy stickers, it helps change up the pace of the building process and slows it down a bit.

Thank you! Will agree with you all this reasoning for canceling Temple Of Doom is pretty vapid and corporate bs, like I said didn’t particularly care for the set butI think they could of have given us a more clear explanation. I hate the word consolidate btw.

Eh I wasn’t a big fan of the Temple of Doom set to begin with so it’s not a big loss to me besides the minifigs. Maybe if I saw official pics for that one my mind would have changed but the statue on that thing was way off. It was the set I was initially most hyped about because Temple is my favorite Jones action scene, but this was so lackluster. Hopefully the delay means a better product that comes next year if there is another wave.

Aye official reveal on my birthday let’s go! I don’t know about you guys, but all these sets have really grown on me. At first I bashed them for being too bright and cartoony but with each time a new leak with better pics, I’ve really come to love all these. Just really happy to have Indiana Jones back in some way, make me giddy like when HP first came back in 2018. Sure the reveal was a bit lackluster, but it doesn’t matter because all that does is that I’ll be at the Lego Store April 1.

The more leaked pictures I see of the Temple of the Golden Idol, the more I fall in love with it. What a beaut.

Just to be sure, the three sets are still coming out April 1 right?
