  1. I got the Friends plane for nearly half off. Besides the pink 'rug' the plane is great. I took all the parts out and stuck in minifigure seats, it holds like 12-13 now instead of 3. It was in the beginning, the last several years LEGO had all genders playing with the Friends line, and this year finally made Friends use normal boxes. But if Friends is for girls then are all the other themes just for boys? I don't think LEGO has a problem with genders, I think you do.
  2. Look like popsicles to me.
  3. If you don't build and buy LEGO sets then there isn't any issues to be had. If I don't buy any LEGO then I wouldn't be missing pieces. I didn't have that many issues from like 2005 to 2020. I bought the Disney Train Station, new in bags on eBay. It was missing a mason brick, instead it came with a Dot piece that's not even in the set. Bought the last $150 Rocket Launch Transport, missing the loose 16x16 plate. (Bought some random brick brand and the plate was in it's own box.) Bought the $200 Frozen Castle, the pieces were in the wrong bags. The Gingerbread House was missing two 1x2 plates. The Flower Fruit Mountain is missing two pieces and the 8x16 plates, that was supposed to be loose in the box, was in bag 8, it's needed to build bag 7! (Still building it.) This is all just the last couple years, most are in the last 6 months. When I went to order the peoples from LEGO they sent me a form letter saying I was ordering too many pieces. Yeah 25 pieces because I didn't want LEGO sending me a piece at a time. Now I'm going to ask for the missing or scratched pieces every month. I've had enough. It's not like BUYING bricks from LEGO is a free service. They can even increase the prices on the new pieces, stick limits on them, having them on the new service and then admitting that's not going to happen for the new (they will 'try') is silly. There is no reason to deny pieces that were on the old system. If all the other pieces switched over okay, then LEGO is denying us the pieces.
  4. I'm not worried about it. LEGO has become a horrible mess of a company. Building another $170 set that's missing pieces and had the wrong pieces in the wrong bags. This is the second one in the last month. They don't want my business I will start spending my money on other brands that have similar quality and 1/3 of the price. You have no idea if LEGO will bring back the pieces people want. They warned this was going to happen in the press release in January.
  5. MANY! Friends has had a ton of awesome sets throughout the years.
  6. I don't think it will go through, but I only have one chance. If you copy and past the link it says error. But I can see the price changes and the fact so so many pieces aren't included. To me this is just LEGO trying to get people not to use the service. LEGO has had a website for 25-30 years and have never made it function correctly. During sales it would mess up. It only works now because there are no longer sales and nothing is in stock during holidays.
  7. That's stupid. LEGO is really starting to get on my nerves. What's even worse is, that's not at all made clear. To me I shouldn't have any fees as it's over $14. I figured it out. You need to spend the minimum on each group. This whole 'improvement' is ridiculous. Plus as I was trying to ad or subtract from the 'best sellers' it wouldn't let me. I ended up deleting all of them to get the fee to go away.
  8. What I understood is if you spend less than $14 there is a $3.50 or $7.50 fee. I don't know why I have it. As long as there is a fee I will NEVER use the service. Here' is the link to the USA site... https://www.lego.com/en-us/page/static/pick-a-brick
  9. Can someone explain the service fees for me? I have a $3.50 fee when it says there will only be a fee under $14. I have $30+ in my cart.
  10. The animals were just too expensive to me and I'm happy with Friends turtles and squirrels. My computer sends me to the UK site all the time.
  11. I never got my squirrels or kitties, maybe they will return for the Build a Minifigure.
  12. The funny thing is I haven't closed the window of the old site in weeks. Still is functioning, or was yesterday. I like how I can look at all the cheap hairpieces, but they aren't listed low to high when I click on it, there are randomly priced ones too.
  13. There is a Futurama episode where Bender becomes a human, he pukes an olive green color. The first color he puked was brown but Fox told the writers that was too much. So If green is good enough for human robot puke then it's good enough for you!
  14. Everything about the building is great. The building the textures and colors, the shapes. The quilted bed. Perfect. I don't like the trees though.
  15. Well stop! I'm expecting a 4,500 piece set with 30 minifigures and 3 horses and 8 goats. Also Mos Eisley Cantina was designed and went to market in 9 months. Not everything is quick rushed.
  16. We have no idea how the set is designed, if it has big pieces or not, tons of animals or minifigures. We know nothing. However anything is possible. The economy sucked last year and the NinjaGo Gardens still is $300 and 5000 pieces. The Boutique Hotel has 3000 pieces and $200. Even the Disney Castle, a license, is 4000 pieces and $350. Diagon Alley is 5500 pieces and $400, which is how much this Castle will most likely be in the USA. Lots of figures there too. Mos Eisley Cantina, again $350 and 20 minifigures, Star Wars license and a big animal that adds at least $20 to the set. Just keep an open mind because for $350-$400+ this thing can be amazing. OR a letdown. I'm going with amazing.
  17. Why is that? NinjaGo Gardens has 5685 pieces, 20ish figures and is $300.
  18. That's a regular bus. There is that cliff scene where the double bus / camper thing is being pushed off the cliffs because someone kidnapped the baby.
  19. I love almost all LEGO Train stations, besides what I think was the last one which looked like a T-Station in a ghetto. The T is the train system in Boston. Outside the city some of the stations are meh.
  20. Oh a bendy bus would be fun. I would always sat in the middle section to get my ex sick. It would get me sick too, but he got sick first. Construction and anything with boats. The new road pieces in brown would be perfect for docks.
  21. I wish LEGO would bring back construction sets, and harbour and coast guard.
  22. That is the ugliest car I have ever seen and they have made some ugly cars. I actually think the LEGO version is cute in it's own way. It's incredibly different. One of the best MOC cars I have ever seen. But damn the real thing is horrible.
  23. I completely agree but how about dream minifigures... MR. POTATO HEAD!
  24. Darn. I wanted to grab some more of the faces and parts from the City Space sets. When is the build a minifigure supposed to come out?
  25. LEGO relaunched Bionicle in 2014, I was at the NYC Comic Con showing. It ended up being a massive failure. LEGO included it to make people happy. They were never going to bring back the pieces. LEGO most likely just was curious to polling data.
