  1. OK, this one includes the changes you asked for. Actually, your two points were what I was considering myself, especially the clear background. I just added the light grey outline to help you cut out the shape. Let me know if you want me to remove that.
  2. I have not designed a decal in quite a few years now, but I tried to modify one of my old designs to fit your request. Does it work for you?
  3. If they do not fit in here, please feel free to start a new thread to showcase your creations.
  4. Eurobricks Forum member, LEGO customiser and BrickWarriors founder Thrash starts the new year by presenting us his latest items: Allies Grenade, British Rocket, British Rocket Launcher, British LMG and British Revolver! (Click on the images above to join the discussions, or browse the Minifig Customisation Workshop to learn more about the LEGO customisers' world)
  5. Thanks all for the kind comments. Indeed, I tried to stay as close to the game design as I was able to. I'm glad I succeeded. Thanks. The physical build is quite simple, actually, and I did have fun with adding the effect in Photoshop, too.
  6. Bricksanity, please refrain from promoting your product(s) on our boards, as per the Site Guidelines: Thank you.
  7. Yes, losing ED-209 images was a big stroke to our tutorial section. It would seem the problem is with the original photo sharing site, not due to the board up-date. There still is a brief Inkscape (free Corel-Draw like program) tutorial. Apart from that, we'd need someone with time and expertise to submit a new one to integrate our resources.
  8. Once again, our heroine Chell finds herself facing the challenges of Aperture Science Enrichment Center. Aperture_000 by LuxorV, su Flickr This time, she's trying to get through Test Chamber 0XX, while Wheatley checks on her progress, unbeknownst to GLaDOS. Aperture_001 by LuxorV, su Flickr This was mostly a test for me to try and build some of the testing gear in minifig scale; as this is just a portion of the test chamber, do not try too hard to understand how Chell should solve it with just the mechanisms shown here.
  9. I wonder what Prize D will be... Keeping the suspense up, I see. Thanks again, Mike!
  10. Thank you. CopMike, for your efforts each year. EB_Xmas_Raffle_2016 by LuxorV, su Flickr
  11. Eurobricks Forum member, LEGO customiser and BrickWarriors founder Thrash brings us a new group of WW2 assets: US M1 Helmet, US Infantry Suspenders, Rucksack, Grease Gun and US Rifle! 13. You may find some useful info on paints matching the LEGO palette in the The Eurobricks MCW Color Matching Paint Database (LBG is there for sure).

  15. I'll move this thread to General LEGO Discussion, as it is not strictly related to customisation.
  16. No problem there: the big thread is both for showcasing creations and ask for help/feedback/ideas; when someone already has a batch and just wants to showcase her/his work, it's up to them to put it in there or create a separate, more personal, thread.
  17. Please do not resurrect a 11 and a half years old topic just to state you like one of the parts/figures showcased. While I can see understand your willingness to express your appreciation, it needlessly detracts from more current content.
  18. Sharing reference pictures (where available, since the film is pretty new right now; spoiler tags may be useful, too), or at least descriptions, would help in actually suggesting parts. Someone may have LEGO parts knowledge to share, but not have seen the film itself.
  19. You have to use the "Insert other media" menu on the lower right corner of the text editor, right above the "Submit Reply" button, and choose to "Insert image from URL" there.
  20. The site is still re-building the database and coding. It could take a few more days to have thing back to normal. Please be patient.
  21. Yes, you are right: I should have checked that aspect, too. It would seem you'll need to contribute a bit more before you can do that.
  22. Hi rosslee03 and welcome to EB. As this is a showcase topic over a year and a half old, and you are basically asking for items on sale, you should direct such questions in the relevant thread in the Buy Sell Trade and Finds section (remember: search option is your friend). Hope to see your contributions to the Eurobricks Community soon!
  23. Have you tried checking the Licensed Decals Index, and specifically the LOTR section? Even if the number of decals is pretty limited, there are torsos sporting the Gondor white tree, albeit no capes. Hope this helps you.
  24. You can find templates, tools and guidelines in the MCW Index topic, especially in The Templates Index and Guidelines for a head decal. I hope you'll find what you need for your design.
  25. Please, let's keep the focus of this thread on purist superheroes figures. Anyone interested in discussing the intricacies, materials, sources, and so on, of purist LEGO customs in general can and should do so in a dedicated topic (eventually by opening a new one if existing topics do not cover your interests already). Thanks everybody, and let's keep discussing our beloved customs.
