    I must admit I do not know, nor have a chance to take measurements at this time, but I found this sizes: 2.2x2.51 cm. You could try and adjust from there.

    Looking into the Star Wars Decals Index, I found this Regular Clone trooper by clone killer, which is quite close (give or take few lesser details in the belt).

    This thread is open for all and any decal requests, not merely minifig related ones. There used to be a number of requests for tile decals in the past, too. So, please go ahead. Hopefully someone will be able to fulfil your request.

    Thanks for sharing these creations, Sir Gareth. Since we already have many Doctor Who customs in the Purist TV/Movie Figures thread, though, I'd suggest we use the older discussion instead of opening new ones for this single series. I'll close this topic now.

    Please, we discussed the purist vs non-purist approach in a number of threads in the past, to no avail. They are two kinds of legitimate and personal approaches to the hobby.     Just to clarify, custom minifigure topics go in the Minifig Customisation Workshop. General minifigure discussion goes either in General LEGO discussion or Community. As I do not see much use in this discussion, and the OP agrees, I'll close this topic.
