  1. Doubt it, but a train would be neat with one of these exploration sub-themes!! Haha!! That was great man!
  2. Went to my local Walmart and picked some up, they had half a case I would say (they dump them into a wire bin in the shelves so just a guess). While feeling I notice a lot were brick suit guys and girls, cowboy, and cactus girl that had the most of each. I was able to get a couple I wanted but they didn't have many of them. Unless I didn't feel right, the clown was completely gone at mine.
  3. While I enjoy costume figures, if they see the success of series 18 and decide to start doing mostly costume CMF's in what few regular series it would be kinda disappointing to see. I think the normal 2-3 per they've been doing is fine as it is.
  4. For the price, love this thing! Can't wait to see the rest, mainly the bucket because i'm interested in seeing what it will be like. If one thing leaked only a matter of time till the rest does!
  5. That would be funny to see as an adult targeted set, somehow bombs/explosives, robbing, wine bottles, and high speed chases are okay for Lego to make for little kids but go a little more then that strictly off limits lol I hope so too, wish we got more regular series. Was there that much demand for a series two batman? disco versions could of been in joker manor, rest of the villains and Justice League could of been in two to three sets and the beach versions weren't needed. Not a fan of HP but is there that many characters that an entire CMF series is needed?
  6. Picked up one yesterday, the firework guy. For sure one I want to try and pick up more of to make a firework store. Hope to pick up a decent amount of the rest Want to get a few of the clown, both birthday part kids, the race car driver, elephant girl and flower girl, Ones i'd like to pick up at least one of Cat costume, unicorn knight, both brick suits, cowboy, cake guy, cactus girl, and possibly the dragon. Of course how ever many police officers i'm able to find would be nice for the 1x2 tile
  7. Question, are all those magazines with gifts such as the Nexo Knights one, Ninjago and so on are all non American releases? If so has that changed? I live in the United States and was looking down the magazine isle in Weis (a food retailer for those who don't know) and found at least 8-10 of the Ninjago magazines with training suit Lloyd
  8. Seeing as how when microfigs are in a set we get a space for each do you guys think it would be the same with this? Because that would be amazing if that's the case even though i'm unsure if I'll be able to take advantage of such a great promo
  9. Where did you get that info from?
  10. I know this isn't for ideas or wishes for thing but this topic is more active I notice, Anyone remember those Star Wars planet sets from a while ago? I was thinking how cool it would be if we got those for Marvel they could do Ego and Dormammu like that and include their more human form as well, knowhere would be neat as well. Xandar could include Nova Prime and so on. Seeing as how the MCU is leaning more towards a cosmic side in Phase 4 it would be a neat idea to be explored
  11. Oh how I would love a Marvel series, so many heroes and variants of heroes let alone villains they haven't done. Oh how I would love a Peggy Carter minifigure, maybe just maybe we will see sets one day based of the first avenger. As for a series they could do one per year and be able to do it for years, here's my want list from a Marvel CMF series. Ghost-spider, X-23, Daredevil, Spider-ham, Updated Nova, Silver Surfer, Blackbolt, Comic Hawkeye, Agent Venom, Beast, Beta Ray Bill, Cable, Howard the Duck, Moonknight, Spider-man 2099, Anti-Venom, updated Taskmaster, X-Force Deadpool, and so many more
  12. All three of those are amazing idea projects! The circus train is very unique for sure, and the Hong Kong street food set is something that would look nice near something like Ninjago City in a Lego city. Oh my I haven't seen this project till now and just WOW! This would be an epic tribute to the old studios theme for sure, even if this does get 10k and doesn't get approved maybe it would give Lego an idea for a future modular, but I feel its different enough from the modular series compared to the modular arcade project. (as I was typing I realized it was put on ideas today here hoping it reaches 10k)
  13. Great catch! That and the crime floods the streets Daredevil easter eggs are great (fingers crossed the Daredevil easter egg is a hint at a future comic based set)
  14. To those who have all the magazines with the 2018 story line comics mind posting high quality pictures of it all for those of us who live in the U.S.
  15. Yes those, neither have I till I started looking through the Racers theme and realized Mighty Micros are kinda similar in a since of size, them being wacky and have a small figure of some kind, thankfully Might Micros have minifigures. Tiny Turbos are personally my #1 favorite thing from the Racers theme, I even loved them when I was to busy with Power Miners and Agents at that time. From the perspective of being a kid when Tiny Turbos were out and having them they were great, they fit perfect in a kids hand to play with, the sets with boxes that folded in a track that you built up things on was also a plus for imaginative play. If they were a blind bag style set, what would make each model in a series stand out in the package feeling wise? For the price they would have to be and to get a bunch of repeats of the same without a way to feel the difference might make them not sell the greatest. How do you feel about them being sold in a similar way to Mixles, a polybag theme that's affordable and you know what model you get
  16. That would be neat, but not as a replacement if the racer theme ever came back. As its own thing yes, they don't even look like tiny turbos or give that feel to me, honestly they remind me of Xalax subtheme just with short legged minifigs instead of those weird things they used. To me if they ever do tiny turbos again they need to keep the same basic idea of no minifigures
  17. I agree, have one big Racers theme and let speed champions be a subtheme like city has the exploration subthemes each year. Not sure how I feel about the blind bag idea, but boxed sets or something like what they use to come in for $4.99 would be sweet, twelve per series gives room for each series to have a couple race cars, hot rods, rat rods, and muscle cars. They could do sets similar to those I named off before as something like a summer wave each year and the winter wave be something else. This topic has me looking at sets and subthemes from the theme and something that caught my eye is the old track systems from 2002 subtheme never knew they existed cause of being one at the time. The track systems look pretty interesting and would be a neat concept to return for a one set a year thing in a Racers reboot. Technic seems to slowly bring the idea of the power racers back with WHACK! and BASH!
  18. I would love to see Racers be brought back, and with Speed Champions being a TRU exclusive and well the store seems to be coming to its end how do we know if Lego will just cancel the theme or make it a store exclusive for say Walmart or Target. If it does end up canceled I would love to see them bring racers. Back when I was a kid in 2008-2010 I loved playing with them, had a some of the tiny turbos and I think two of the ones with the packaging that folds down into a little track with builds so having fond memories of those makes me want to see that kind of stuff return. Certain sets I would love to see a reboot Racers theme have similar things to would be Bullet Run, Brick Street Customs, Street Extreme, Brick Street Getaway, Bridge Chase, along with some of those small single car sets with wacky hot rods.
  19. Honestly a train heist set would be pretty sweet tbh, don't include power functions but make it so its easy to add, a police helicopter (we all know lego loves their helicopters) a police car, enough track for a circle, small rat-rod for the criminals, and maybe a small bank for the criminals to rob then hop in the car to the train and jump in the in-closed cargo car. The train could easily be just a steam locomotive, coal car, and maybe 2 cargo cars and could be the massive $120 city set like they seem to over do in the special summer sub-theme. Not only is it police and police sells but having a small helicopter and small bank could add to the appeal and story and introduce kids to lego trains and maybe they do a smaller police set with a train car or two and for the police station make it a train station that is also half police station with a holding cell or two
  20. Lmaooooo your comment is great! I wouldn't mind if Lego did end up doing on that size, heck even $500-600 budget one would be neat to see them do.
  21. Anyone else wonder what a modular style set with the budget of the UCS Falcon would look like?
  22. Here is a newer Ideas train project worth your time to check out, very unique and colorful design and would make an amazing Ideas set. Barnum's Circus Train by brickster0404 Here is the link if you want to check out his project and maybe support it! https://ideas.lego.com/projects/7be53094-d912-431d-8232-1a04bb04590b
  23. Ill go ahead and share it over there. Its such a colorful and fun idea for an Ideas set.
  24. I was looking around on Ideas and came across a recent train project, Barnum's Circus Train by brickster0404, Very unique idea and looks very well executed. Would love to see some kind of train set come from ideas and something so out there Lego wouldn't ever do as say a city or creator expert Here is the link for those who want to view https://ideas.lego.com/projects/7be53094-d912-431d-8232-1a04bb04590b
  25. That would be pretty interesting to see but how would they do it? I have been to so many flea markets and everyone is typically just tables, clothes racks, tents and maybe a barn style buildings with vendors, unless they go the indoor flea market route but even then the buildings they are normally held in aren't anything like what would fit into a modular from Lego imo unless they are different elsewhere. Where did you hear that rumor anyways?
