  1. I paid €85 for this set, normally €130
  2. Kind of firmware issue I guess. In the motor there is some kind of ID which tells the HUB if it's a train engine or some kind of other engine or pheripheral, so u actually need to hack to code to let the hub think otherwise!
  3. Very nice, I also want to do this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8BZLAYUqpjo
  4. Original version: My version (to fit LED headlights without any light leaking or cables visible): Still need to change Tile 1x4 black to Tile 1x4 blue, ordered on Bricklink, none in collection Changed roof: There are no holes left behind cabin and where we have those IR receiver normally (changed it to Powered Up!)
  5. Maybe they gonna release them in the near future, cause the versions we have now are just the start
  6. But then the light goes to the sides instead of front, no?
  7. Changed the front even more to make it a tad longer: Comments? There is place in it to fit the cables, but I gave it a more natural look now, the longer nose fits the train well
  8. Is the front not too blocky now? Can u show a pic how u see it @neonic? With my setup I left room for the cables in the hood. It's like the designer wanted to add lights and he made a tunnel under the cabin, but then he got stuck at the nose
  9. Yes. I know. But I search for a clean solution for the lights, so u don't see the back of the led and those cable. That’s why I place them under the front, as seen on the pic. But maybe someone has a cleaner look with keeping the lights on the position I placed them. But thanks!!!
  10. Any comment on my work is appreciated aswell! Positive or negative, doesn't matter. I'm still in my learning process of building/altering stuff!
  11. Hi, I saw alot of versions to add lights to it, but none gave me a good feeling. So I tried it myself and moved the front lights from the grill to the hood. Here the lxf file and a pic. If any of you, which are way better than me, can make it even better, don't hesitate and alter this version, post the lxf file and a pic of it File: https://ufile.io/cq2hu
  12. Powered Up with a 9V battery box
  13. Gracias
  14. Powered up has an unit less, possible for the battery box in the nose?
  15. It's a nice model, but indeed only with a 9V engine they can go this small, so Lego Ideas is a no go So I guess in the future official models will always quite big
  16. Couldn't visualize it myself, just a thought. And pic above is no longer available: tracks.jpg
  17. What about this one? https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=18654&C=85#T=S&C=11&O={"color":"11","iconly":0}
  18. They don't want to release any info, cause they don't want to spoil surprises
  19. Thanks! I've seen this one, not bad, but I guess u tried to make it even more clean, no? I wonder why those at Lego didn't add the possibility to add lights to it, it's a new set, and if u look on the info page of those LEDs, u clearly see the passengers train and the cargo one
  20. I asked for it by email and they said, between the lines, they have a new one coming
  21. Yes, u can also control the switches with it, to create some kind of automatic loop
  22. I wonder how to add the new LED system to this, on the LEGO site, they say it's for this build and the new passenger train, but just had a look to this train and everything is complete closed, no way to fit the new LED system
  23. I like the Bluetooth part of it, u don't need to use your controller as an old remote control
  24. Pics of it? I bought them on Bricklink aswell. I hope to see them early next week, so I can complete the conversion!
