  1. I'd like to please nominate @Orinoko's magnificent and gigantic 42055 MK 228 BWE
  2. That's just incredible - congrats! HoF candidate? I dread to think how much it'd cost to build one, but if I ever win the lottery it's no.1 on my list
  3. Edit: figured out a different way to attached the left wiper I'm just waiting on some replacement parts to arrive and need to fit the working lights, and wipers, but I'm getting close to completion of my model employing most of the Mods in this thread, and will post some photos once done (along with credit to the wonderful work I've borrowed from forum members )
  4. @mocbuild101 I wish I had the money to double up on sets! 42043 and 42054 would be first and second on my list
  5. @Immo why buy the exact number of parts you need? Safer to double every order, just in case they all get used eventually...
  6. @I_Igor fully chromed GT3RS Technic parts - it'd cost about £1000.00! It cost me a lot just for chrome exhausts, metallic gear knob and chrome wing mirror panels...
  7. @DayWalker I just noticed that around the same time you posted this originally, you also posted about a central mirror. Did you ever add one of these, and if so, do you have any photos please?
  8. @Aleh your truck has bushy eyebrows!! Very impressive scale and looks are getting better and getter with each set of pics you post. I really like the fuel tank
  9. @efferman actually to clarify - I am fine on the replacement panels you used, just wondering how you attached them to the body - is that two 1x5 orange liftarms?
  10. That's exactly how I feel. It's just a shame TLG charged such a premium price for a defective design. But this part is fun and interesting.
  11. @Kumbbl Thank you very much for putting this together - it is the ideal partner to the @jb70 instructions, and I look forward to continuing my build. I've already fixed the calliper error and added @DayWalker's seat mod, both of which are perfect. I should also say a special thanks for your lightning fast spot of my building error earlier - now resolved and the gears, shifting and drivetrain all work like a dream, smooth and secure. Sorry for asking this again, but is your bonnet prop compatible with the front bonnet also?
  12. Didumos - as a neutral third party, which of the two door locking mods do you prefer? I'm undecided which one to add but am a way off being at that point anyway , interested to hear if you favour one over the other
