  1. Yeah I mentioned it back in December on the HP 2019 thread and @Robocrookshanks posted a photo of how they had got the horse piece and filled in the middle with pieces (you can find it on p. 245 of the HP 2019 thread). I know it's not the same sparkly blue as the stag like @Guyon2002 says, but I disagree that it does not fit the style of the theme. I think the shaping fits Ginny's patronus quite nicely. Certainly a good enough substitute if we don't get an 'official' version of her patronus.
  2. I'm not saying it can't happen because of that, I'm saying I wouldn't like it because of that. But I just wouldn't like printing on the stands anyway.
  3. No. It wouldn't go with the last series, but, more importantly, to me it would detract from the figure.
  4. They could come in a Diagon Alley, but I have to agree them coming in a Burrow set is more likely. Releasing The Burrow and Diagon Alley at the same time makes sense in terms of playability what with the flu powder scenes etc. Amidst all this chaos and tragedy, it's amazing how these small things still make me excited. I have wanted a Bellatrix figure for years. :)
  5. There's a picture of a new Friends Sloth piece on IG. And I'm thinking it might be the piece they use for the patronus otter? It certainly wouldn't be bad.
  6. Yeah I get it. It might actually be a really great build, but I would have liked a playset over it. But in Lego's mind it's part of the 'wave' so they have provided another small set in their thinking.
  7. There is; the buildable Hedwig. Yes it may not be a location based set or to everyone's taste, but it is still classed as part of the wave.
  8. "We do not speak of it.'
  9. I would think Firenze could be made screen accurate using this mould, but the hair piece with the horns from the previous CMF centaur. That Forbidden Forest set with the unicorn sounds great, but boy did the cloaked Voldemort/Quirrel thing scare me when I was younger. I can't see Lego doing it though considering the unicorn was dead.
  10. ^ This. Although I can't say how many I shall buy - don't think my funds will spread to that many, but just getting this new mould is fantastic. I would have gone crazy making a Narnia MOC when I was younger. Lucy meeting Mr Tumnus and the lamppost. There is a new leak of the face and hair now too. It's looks great and there are two expressions at least for variety.
  11. Search #legoleaks on IG.
  12. Me neither. Then again, I never really liked the CMF one so I wasn't expecting to like this one either. The 2010 Dobby is the only old figure I have purchased because his face shape and general expression just looks so much softer and better to me (so long as the print doesn't rub off of course). I understand why they changed the material, but this is one figure that isn't an 'improvement' from the old to me. Good spot. If you didn't know better you'd think the leaker had switched the hands, but actually it's very screen accurate. It's got to be the exclusive buildable Hedwig figure I agree.
  13. I think printed legs for Luna is the right decision. The dress piece works well for long dresses, but Luna's Slug Club party outfit is short. And I can't wait to see those centaurs! Childhood dream.
  14. I'd say (if it's not in the Advent Calendar) it would be the Astronomy Tower set and then she'll be in normal school uniform in the Room of Requirement set.
  15. No the headgear he is wearing if from the COS. I think the inclusion of the Fawkes and Myrtle increase the chances of a COS set soon. They use the CMF budget to create characters that would compliment a COS set, but aren't 100% necessary for the set. I think Lego probably knows the brick built Fawkes in the Great Hall won't cut it for many people, so using the CMF budget is perfect. Sprout compliments the Astronomy Tower set, because it was suggested a greenhouse of sorts is included in that build. Kingsley again goes well with the upcoming Privet Drive set, helping to change the setting from COS to Deathly Hallows. Neville and Luna both go well with current sets and make for interesting figures. A great line up all round.
  16. Yep. And if he is one of the characters not being shown on the packet then you know we are doing well.
  17. It's crazy how these little figures can make me feel as excited as a child at Christmas again. The only person again noticeable by their absence to me is Lockhart. But I think this little line up proves Lego knows / is listening to what we want so I have a feeling he will turn up somewhere is the next wave or two.
  18. These look amazing! Sprout, Luna, Myrtle, Bellatrix, Fawkes and Dumbledore with his hat, Kingsley. I've re-watched the films in the last couple of weeks and all of these were figures on my wishlist. And to think there are another seven figures we have yet to see.
  19. Yep the D-O box art really sums up this April wave for me: cold, bland and uninspiring. But my purse says thank you.
  20. I can't say I was surprised because the series would definitely sell without a FB movie out simultaneously, but it does make sense as to why it would have got pushed back. That is true. Even if the D2C rumour is false, there's still plenty to get. We should be glad it saves our wallets really.
  21. Yep I don't think we are getting a HP CMF this year...
  22. Unless you have any solid evidence otherwise, I wouldn't use the words 'almost guaranteed' because as much as I would like there to be FB figs as well if the series has been pushed back we just don't know. So as of yet, nothing about the CMF is guaranteed. And @Legoman123 asked what we are actually getting because there has been so much speculation about different things that unless you are on here all the time it can be hard to quickly separate fact from fiction/speculation. That was what I tried to do in my post - separate confirmed products from speculation.
  23. As far as I know, the only confirmed sets are the five in June (75969 Astronomy Tower, 75979 Buildable Hedwig, 75968 Privet Drive, 75966 Room of Requirement and 75967 Forbidden Forest) and the September 75981 Advent Calendar. There are two more sets rumoured for August (and last year's pattern would suggest this is true), but I don't see any solid information that these are confirmed. I have searched back through this thread and found nothing, but if anyone can point me to a post or Insta leak from a 'reputable' leaker then please do. EDIT: As @Guyon2002 says, @Falconfan1414 confirmed two sets for August over on Instagram - sets 75978 and 75980. A D2C has also been rumoured, but again there is no solid evidence. jedijacpenguin's 2020 set list does have it on, but they have the set number (75978) as being the same one as one of the rumoured August sets so again there is a discrepancy. A HP CMF series was also expected to be released later this year, but there is a rumour that it has been pushed back until next year, potentially due to the release of the new FB movie being pushed back. This series was meant to have 16 figures in suggesting it was just going to have 16 HP characters and leave out the 6 FB figures if it followed the same pattern as last time, but the potential push back could mean that Lego may now be incorporating FB character into the mix. This is 100% guesswork though and the news of the potential delay in the CMF series surprisingly does not seem to have got any further than this forum. So either it is not true or it is our best kept secret yet. Only time will tell. There is also a new book Lego Harry Potter Magical Treasury: A Visual Guide to the Wizarding World releasing in September (UK) which will include an 'exclusive' Tom Riddle (COS version) minifigure. I hope this helps.
