@Accio Lego I know, I meant the abandoned street look. Then it wouldn't matter how long the street is, they wouldn't need to include many minifigures.

Unless their going for the Half Blood Prince look.

If you mean that Lego Fan News has says 'It's from Arthur Weasley' then I wouldn't take that as confirmation. They are not always reliable and I seems they just posted that when the figure was first leaked and Arthur's name was mentioned.

Florean is quite obscure, but if we are getting figures of people such as Barnabus Cuffe or the photographer then I hope it's a sign that the minifigure count might exceed our expectations.

I'm hoping they've managed to capture the crooked architecture as it really adds to the aesthetic. They managed it with the new Burrow so it shows they are thinking of these things and it can be done, so it will feel like a small step backwards to me if this is entirely missed in DA. And the CMF is 'revealed' on Brickset ...

Maybe it would just be embarrassing at this point to have a 'reveal' article. Or they feel they don't need to because half of them have already posted about them anyway. Even Brickset who are particularly cautious wrote about them as they could be bought in Romania at that point. I love that most of the comments on Lego's Instagram reveal are along the lines of 'Yeah we already know about the CMF' or 'Reveal Diagon Alley!' See Lego we all know DA is coming so just get on and show us. Pretty please!

We're going to have to get the pitchforks out again. I'm fine with them revealing them separately ... Just so long as they reveal DA soon.

All I can see is them saying there's going to be 14 minifigures, which to me just means they've seen the above picture posted on IG.

When you think of some other licensed D2Cs of similar prices and size then 24 minifigures isn't entirely implausible, and yet I can't help but think it will be more like 20. Or it could even be 15. That being said, this line is generally quite generous with the minifigures so I will remain optimistic for around 20.

Yes and no. For display you could have Hagrid and Harry at the 'entrance' to DA, Harry, Ron and Hermione in Flourish and Blotts and then again have the trio in WWW.

I think a possible line up is: Ollivander 3 x Harry (Year 1, 2 and 6) 2 x Ron (year 2 and 6) 2 x Hermione (year 2 and 6) 2 x Ginny (year 2 and 6) Hagrid Lockhart Lucius Malfoy Draco Malfoy Florean Fortescue Rita Skeeter Fred Weasley (WWW suit) George Weasley (WWW suit) Molly Weasley Arthur Weasley I don't think the young Harry, Ron and Hermione will match in terms of years unless we are actually getting more Harrys than Ron and Hermione, because we know we are getting a Harry in PS clothing and Ron and Hermione aren't seen in DA in PS. I would then say that we'll get PS Harry, then POA Harry, Ron and Hermione as Lego already has Harry and Hermione's outifts printed for that year so they'd only have to print Ron's torso. BUT if the Leaky Cauldron isn't included then POA figures don't really make sense and I think to recreate Lockhart's book signing as they mention in the description we really need to have COS Harry, Ron and Hermione. Then I think we will see the trio included in their older form as WWW is included.

No don't do that! I just hope that the minifigure count of 19-20 figures for a €299.99 set is matched or, even better, surpassed by the DA minifigure count.

I mean I really want to believe this, but I think they said last week (or it could have been the week before) that it was coming 'this week' etc, so I'm taking it with a pinch of salt. Also, they did post the printed tile as a DA 'leak' and Marcos Bessa has confirmed it is not a Lego product and they have since deleted the pic so they are not always reliable.

Has it been two weeks already! My goodness. I seriously hope DA is September. And I know Lego has no problem releasing a few large sets in close succession (Piano, NES / locomotive, Mickey and Minnie etc), but I can't help but think that squaring up two major licence D2Cs, such as DA against the Mos Eisley Cantina, would be a bad decision. Let people buy DA, give them a month to cool off and recoup (a little little bit of money) and then hit them with the cantina and get them spending again.
