I assumed Infinity War because that is when both characters met Strange and they were wearing lucrative outfits. We now are going to eventually get Mk 50 with the new helmet and Iron Spider is popular/could get a redesign, so I would assume it is those two.

I think there is a good chance that a few of the figures from the Sanctum set are actually from Infinity War. Not all, but some.

Voldemort appears in Gringotts, but only in the Wizarding World ride. Maybe there is a chance that a Gringotts set will be based off the ride, which features more characters than the SS/DH scenes themselves?

Zurg having no blaster is a bizarre choice. I don't think the scale is too off though.

It's the tenth anniversary of not only Avengers 2012 but also the Marvel Superheroes theme as a whole, which started with Avengers 2012 sets. That is one reason many believe $500 to be an anniversary D2C that is themed around Avengers 2012... and the most likely thing at that pricepoint is Stark Tower.

You can glean some possible hint that All Black is comic accurate here, I’d say. If it was Helya’s sword like has been theorized Gorr would have zombies, not.. whatever that is. Also fits the introduction of Eternals and look into Cthon almost back to back. Knull would be next. He has a white robe/toga and hood in the movie, which they decided wasn’t going to fit the budget. That or concept art boogaloo.

I disagree. Thor is (most likely) the most kid-friendly Marvel movie this year, and it makes sense he should get a cheap and affordable set that comes with the main guy, the main girl and the bad guy with a monster to fight. It's a bad set for AFOLs but an excellent set for families who may not want to drop $50 to get a LEGO for their kids.

Falcon Fan has pointed out on insta a few times that the movie was delayed for a while, and could explain the presence of spoilers. Considering how the second trailer spoiled some big things, I don’t think Marvel studios is handling the movie like Sony did with NWH. They could have sent out toy designs for characters like Professor X. Meanwhile Hasbro and LEGO didn’t even receive designs for the NWH villains because Sony was so obsessed with spoilers.

Based on the almost complete absence of women in the Sanctum set, I am going to assume the mystery figure is Christine Palmer or the Captain Marvel variant. Or it's Chavez again and Gargantos will have no exclusives. Which I doubt.

I think the grey iron man next to Whiplash is supposed to be the Iron Man coming in the Sanctum. Also what looks to be a white mummy in the Sanctum. Moon Knight?

Gorr would benefit greatly with a white hood. Also maybe some grey arms/one grey arm, if his BTS look is accurate and his robe is more of a toga.

The initial reveal mentioned "three variants of Strange" and I have heard its unlikely for one of them to be IW Strange. So it points to them being the 3 Stranges from MoM.

With any luck it’s a new long haired cat mold, as we are getting a new mold with the baby thestral. Hopefully we get Fang in the last set of the theme..

I will agree that the sets are inspired but the lack of new figures is disappointing. But that could be because we’ve gotten almost every character already.

I have heard different things about Spider-man, including him being relevant to the movie. Iron Man is up in the air, but when every other character may be from MoM...

I heard that the variants don't mean Infinity Saga Strange (for his outfit), so it likely is Sinister and Defender strange. Good money is on

It's rumored to be based on the movies. Particularly the new Doctor Strange movie releasing the same month (May).

Honestly wouldn’t be surprised if leakers are cagey with figures this time because they have some huge spoilers. It would be another Civil War Giant Man moment. People thought this may be like NWH where they didn’t give toy companies any spoiler toys, but that may not be the case this time.

He kind of looked like SS without his cool cape, and I think he may have been intended to resemble him, so I can see the confusion.

Unfortunately that isn't him in the trailer. Don't think that's a spoiler, his name has been officially revealed: it's Sinister Strange.
