Considering that the disney figures are all bordering on CMF tier this year, or basically CMF tier, Belle and Beast could've just been shuffled to their own retail set.

Does Rapunzel have the flower braid hair? Its hard to make out Charming has side leg printing which is crazy.

New pics of Snow White are out, she has both dual molded arms AND arm printing. Hope this means Rapunzel will turn out very good.

Tiana being a straight reuse is the worst part IMO, but Naveen was probably going to be in his swamp outfit and needed her to match.

The last two should be Aurora and Phillip as per the original leak.

I don't think it's a weird move. Regardless of controversy, that's the most detailed Kang design so far, the only weird part is that he's not D+ (but he could still appear in the show due to his nature).

The Hawkeye owl would be the owl from the post credits of the last episode that steals the shrunken car. Such a bizarre choice to force an accessory that I bet it's real.

I bet we will get a set with Miles, Spot and Miguel even if it's a small one and they don't have accurate designs.

Hopefully Joker, Freeze and Harley in the big BTAS set means another BTAS villain will be used instead if they decide to do a retail batmobile.

I think there's a decent chance that one of the pairs still has Mickey, but it may be the Mickey and Walt statue in fig form. I would prefer another prince and princess however. My last guesses are Prince Ali, Purple Jasmine, Belle and Human Beast. Rapunzel and Flynn can be sold with Rapunzel's Tower, and Merida and Raya (and Mirabelle?? apparently) can be spread as individuals throughout other sts.

But they know who Batman is... There is currently no airing iteration of a kid friendly Batman besides maybe TTGO? And yet they still make Batman sets for kids.

They introduced three to four new licenses this year, money must've been scarce.

I am kind of the opposite, I think some of the original CMF faces are TOO simple, particulaely Ariel and Alice. I prefer the detail of Series 2 and 3. To me, Alice looks more like a random person dressing as her as opposed to Alice herself, who has pretty defined expressions.

Set 43230 has been revealed as Walt Disney Camera, which includes a figure of Walt Disney himself. $100

That's Cinderella's Disney Princess line color, which seems to be the go-to for all the princesses. Or at least their first figure, as Tiana and Aurora will seemingly get alt colors in the Castle.

Disney got the superhero budget this year. Hence why retail sets have figures with triple molded legs (Russel) and every single Disney character introduced has full printing, like Moana and Cinderella. Aurora and Tiana may reuse their CMF faces but I assume everyone else will be fully new, unless Mickey appears.

So Batman can sit in the Batmobile.

Probably because the set would look ridiculous without the batmobile. There may be some slight differences to differentiate the 89 and Returns vehicles.

While the price is bad, I like the set a lot and I'm interested in seeing the other figures. It definitely could've just been the cave wall and the car however.
