Marvel Superheroes 2025 - Rumors & Discussion

I don't even look forward to any more war machines now that LEGO has shown they refuse to any armor piece to make him bulkier. He really could benefit from the Wrecker armor. -

Definitely feels like Marvel is pivoting away from post-IS MCU in lieu of declining popularity and is instead leaning on Spider-man as a whole to make up for the non-IS set. I'm sure the Bugle constantly selling for years and years has helped this. -

I'm going to guess Beast's Castle is a lock as we have both Belle and Gaston sprinkled into movie-agnostic sets. Though I would much prefer the Haunted Mansion as a set. -
A bat... credit card?! For the price I hope that Two-Face is included and has leg printing, but I won't hold my breath.

They will definitely save batnips for the inevitable Batman and Robin batmobile set.
-
The Arkham set will likely be Lego Batman themed which I think won't bode well for sales.

Marvel Superheroes 2025 - Rumors & Discussion

People thinking that the "Spidey street" modulars not linking up across series doesn't make sense should remember that the marvel modulars now bounce between Lego-original Daily Bugle, two MCU buildings and an animated show X-Mansion. -

Mini-modulars based off series-agnostic New York is a nice idea. -

Cruella seems to have a cloth piece for her coat, which may be the first time Lego has made a piece for that. Plenty of unofficial ones. -

I can see them not doing sets for Doomsday if this years MCU sets do poorly enough. -

Lilo using Pocahontas hair is strange and Mickey is hate it or love it. Figs are fantastic. -

I meant a helmet for Black Panther or something similar. Don't know why, but most BP figures have been rather simple for a character of his standing. He needs a touch up. -

I have a feeling we may see something unique with Black Panther. Don't know why. Or the main draw of the set will be a new Iron Man and War Machine for collectors, as per the norm. -
Good point with the Burrow. I was thinking playscale Gringotts because the first playscale DA set was partially Wizarding World themed, so they could continue that idea by having him in the set as a nod to that.

Unless it's two sets entirely, the tower is silly large in that picture. The other picture, the squished one, has a more realistic size for a set. I don't know half of them so I believe it. Marge feels very likely for another Dursley house refresh (unless that set sold astronomically bad) and Bill is a shoe-in for shelf scale Gringotts

Disney Properties 2024 - Rumors & Discussion

I really can't see them reusing or downgrading the CMF figures that the submission had (which was borderline questionable in the first place) so I'm expecting zero figures or an overhaul that adds some highly desired, possibly early-access figures. -
So if we got Fang, Vector, Crouch Sr and the Fat Friar this year finally, will we get the Bloody Baron next year? Any other (movie) characters on that level we are missing?

Will we? I was amazed that that set was allowed considering it used CMF and retired CMF figures. Are we going to get downgraded figures, new variants for the figures, or no figures at all? -

A Monstro display set with Pinocchios family and a micro Jiminy would make sense, though I would prefer a Pleasure Island display. -

Huge whiff on Lego's part if this is truly Lego Store exclusive. Of all the new themes that would do well at retail, this is it. -

I would've liked the back to be enclosed but this is a pretty perfect set. This is a good compromise to the lack of regular minifig sets this year. Maybe we can get a classic WDAS set of this quality every year? -

While the Clamshell was a miss because of a poor pick of licensing, most of the other Disney sets and D2Cs especially have been smash hits that went OOS day one. So I'm expecting this to be similar and for us to feel the impact next year and beyond.
