    Your right that minifig addition was totally out of whack for that set, more like TLG were lazy to release Theed Royal Palace where she really belongs

    Ye OK lets not get carried away and delve deep into wookieepedia SW lore just to prove some point. Obviously you will get Jawas and droids, next Lars, Luke, Obi, Aunt and what some have already suggested depending on the size of the set maybe the homestead (and if your really lucky sandtroopers for good measures). What you won't see is sand people and banthas in this set, they do not appear within 10 miles of that scene, so you can keep hypothesizing but its not going to happen, hope that helps

    First why do people think tuskens even banthas would be included with the sandcrawler, they bear little to no relevance to each other, just a reminder sandcrawler was destroyed by Imperial troops not sand people Second if TLG really released Tuskens would you really want them in a $300+ set or rather a smaller set so you have a better financial chance of collecting more for building an army?

    The way the Dewback has been done is consistant with the way 'beasts' have been done in Lego sets the last few years, more detailed and articulated but sacrifice for joint movement. As an AFOL thats doesnt bother me, the thing gets built and kept in cabinet for display anyways, though some joint movement for posing would be nice but its not a deal breaker.

    This is the thing, the bith band takes up 3 minifig slots, add the main cast and dewback and thats essentially 8 characters, that is a decent number of figs for a set this size. Given they didnt have the band then TLG could have gone another route and given Ponda Baba, Dr. Evazan and maybe the bartender instead. Personally I really like the setup of the cantina, it comes with a bit of everything, the bar, the booths, stack a few of these sets and you can put together a pretty decent cantina to scale.

    The old sails are actually stiff fabric type of material not plastic. This set is a must pick up just for Ree-Yees and Max Rebo alone. I do like how this new barge has incorporated a cannon and playing instrument for Rebo, gives the interior bit more interest unlike the old barge which had just a prison cell and a space for Jabba sit. Nice review, cant wait to pick this up

    Good job on the review, the built cruiser is very beefy and looks as if can take on a ssd but what really attracts me are the figures, with the plethora of figs that we get these days these ones stand out quite nicely
