Can see some sellers on eBay with this set, only interested in mark1 but prefer to wait for SY version. Taking a closer look at red snapper just looks like hes holding onto 2 guns with normal arms, can anyone confirm?

nice collection dirk There are some subtle differences which people have explained in previous posts In regards to weight I find the decool figures are a little lighter and 'thin' compared to TLC, SY is probably more accurate in feel and weight, more 'solid' in comparision and the legs have the same studs as opposed to decool that have thin pegs that slide into the body.

I would say superhero sets go faster than other themes in general

Smaug should be the main focus of the smaug set, a larger brick built dragon would have been more impressive. Smaug just looks like an accessory, a figurine in a playset designed for 12yos as opposed to for AFOLs. Quite disappointing, suffice to say the representation of smaug deserved a lot more than this.

I'm not saying its intentional but if TLM continues to release the figures AFOLs want in more accessible sets then its unlikely we need to rely on the bootleg versions as much and I'm just highlighting that point with the recent superheroes sets announced

Hey welcome aboard the bootleg express. I've seen actual pictures of that superman set and the feet are definitely rounded. On another note its good to see TLM strategy to combat clone brands in the correct fashion, suffice to say the days of my decool Christo style Joker, Green Lantern figures and possibly others are limited

Other than the lab itself nothing new here, already have decool versions of those iron men, come on SY/decool start bringing out some new characters already

Fantastic, agree with most, its the size/price of the GL v Sin set that is the winner, because lets be frank we all in it mainly for the figures

I looked back at the description from the seller I normally buy from and does have this 4.material:ABS plastic/non-toxic, Its safety includes European and American toy safety standard and GB standard.

The general consensus around here is people are picking up figures that are not being made by TLG or rare exclusives that cost a leg and arm to get in the resale market. Also I have been getting superheroes for my 6yo, to him quality is obviously not an issue as long as the figure looks faithful and picking up a set of 8 for $10 beats paying $10/fig for a TLG version which is going to get bashed and lost anyways. Guess what I am trying to say is that getting these clones is not a crime or unethical, I for one will still pickup official sets/figs wherever I can, for example I plan to get the UCS Tumbler both for the vehicle and the Joker even though I got the Decool version Joker.

Nice wrestler pics Kid, looking forward to getting my set. The one thing that does irks me about SY is the pumped up arms, reminds me to much of kubrick figures. Other than the sharp shoulders to me Decool is the more Lego accurate clone on the market,

If you value some sort of quality in the figures I wouldn't be touching any brand outside of SY or Decool Just ordered that set, like KingPixel said SY is overall better than Decool as long as they don't have the round feet, The Ray Mysterio figure really sold it for me, I'll post some pics when I get it in
