  1. Thank you - it's refreshing to build some unarmed Star Wars stuff with less of the "Wars" lol... I wanted to make those 'thermal detonator' drinks bottles with coloured technic balls, but I didn't have enough of them!
  2. Astro-droid soda/drinks vendors, inspired by those seen at the Galaxy's Edge theme park! Fighting a galactic war must be thirsty work, so bring some refreshments for your minifigs today! From Coruscant to Mos Eisley, these 'repulsorlift' floating carts will look perfect situated within most Star Wars Lego scenes. I haven't been to the Galaxy's Edge, but as soon as I saw these droid carts, I just knew I'd have to build me some! Cocorola 219 pieces Diet Cocorola 188 pieces Zbryte 179 pieces TOTAL: 586 pieces (76 of these are for 'drinks cans'!)
  3. Thanks very much! In between my bigger MOCs, I do love to build these obscure little things from the background of that galaxy far, far away!
  4. Thanks very much! Thank you! I feel sorry for the taxi driver - he just knows those guys ain't gonna pay Yeah it's certainly got a 'trekky' feel about it! I spotted it in a few Clone Wars episodes and felt it needed some representation in Lego!
  5. Jedi turbo speeders were swift, unarmed atmospheric transports used by the Jedi on Coruscant. Built by esteemed vehicle Slayn and Korpil, these airspeeders were extremely agile and able to nimbly slip in and out of the dreaded Coruscant air traffic; the deep red colouring clearly marking the vehicles as being used for official Jedi business. If you see one of these in your rear-view display, you'd better get out of the way - or maybe speed up if you're trying to avoid any "official entanglements"! Seen in various episodes of The Clone Wars series, the Hasbro toy version of this ship has an astrodroid socket behind the pilot/passenger seats, so I've included an easy-to-remove panel there, in case your Jedi need to bring an R unit along - Instructions on Rebrickable :)
  6. One of the most common sights in the skies of Coruscant; Easyride air taxis can be found zipping around all over the planet's airways - or more likely, floating along slowly in the infamous air traffic! Built by the Hyrotii Corporation, these spacious and round taxis can often be found on planets around the galaxy with busy cities, but they are most common on Coruscant where they can be found in a multitude of colours - taking an Easyride taxi through the Coruscant air lanes has pretty much become a tourist attraction in itself! This model can seat 4 minifigure passengers in the rear and 2 in the front, either side of the driver. The colours denote the taxi company that operates it, so it would be easy to style as you wish by simply changing all the sand green parts for another colour and likewise with the red accents - instructions on Rebrickable :)
  7. There are some floor-plans out there + I always use the old "Incredible Cross Sections" books that I bought long, loooong ago! The main hull (the ball part at the back) actually has 2 floors inside - I posted more internal pics when I first made the grey version in 2023 :)
  8. Thanks very much! All of the rooms are joined, so there's no imaginary access, apart from floating up and down the elevator 😁
  9. The Tattooed Scimitar - Darth Maul's personal ship complete with a 'full body suit' of tattoos! Named the Sith Infiltrator by toy companies in 1999 (because they didn't know what to call it lol), the Scimitar had very little time on the big-screen, yet with it's awesome TIE profile, it was an instant hit with most SW fans. As Lord Maul is soon to return with his own TV series, I thought I'd honour him by personalizing his old ship with a Dathomir-style respray The build needs 4224 parts and PDF instructions for this Tattooed Scimitar MOC are now on Rebrickable - it includes the same fully detailed minifig scale interior as the original grey version with all of the same features, retractable boarding ramp and landing gear, opening rear doors etc, etc.
  10. Thank you very much! I'd hate to spend all that time designing a build and making instructions and then let it all down with bogus pics Thanks!! Honestly, I really was thinking about a turret for the Mustang, but with those 2 big fat pewpewz on the front and 4 wing guns already, I was scared about 'overgunning' it lol
  11. Theta, Lambda and Nu-class shuttles - Micro scale? Nano scale? Itsy bitsy lil teeny weeny scale? Whatever you want to call them, I've had these little ones on my shelf for a while, so I thought I'd share the cuteness. Free instructions on my Rebrickable page https://rebrickable.com/users/evilkirk/mocs/ Theta class: 16 parts. Lambda class: 20 parts. Nu-class: 27 parts. Total: 63 little pieces - I thought they'd look great on micro battlefield MOCs, enjoy! :)
  12. Thanks mate - cars from Earth + Star Wars are an unusual mash-up, but I just wanted to see if it was do-able
  13. NOOOOO! Who let that moron into the armory???? 🤣
  14. As a Star Wars Lego fan since 1999, I have a confession to make: I've recently been buying Speed Champions cars - I love them! Aside from going vroom vroom all over my desk, the MOC parts found in Speed Champions sets are superb + some of the techniques they use are absolutely amazing, so I've learned from them too ...and then I thought "Speed Champions = GOOOD! Star Wars = GOOOD! So why not combine them? ...aaand here we are. Backstory imagined whilst building: Since the fall of the Emperor, the Hutts have developed a great interest in X-Wing fighters - but only as racing fighters! Now every year, a different planet is chosen for this highly illegal and deadly dangerous race to be held there. The race track is simply one whole lap around the equator of the chosen planet and racers are allowed to blow each other to pieces to win, if necessary. START YOUR ENGINES + PLACE YOUR BETS! It's time for the annual Hutt-Space X CHAMPIONS Race! THE RACE RULES: *Use of all weapons are allowed against other racers. *1 pilot + 1 astro droid only. *Pilots can be of any race in the galaxy, but no jedi poodoo. *Use of hyperdrive and flying over 200km above the planet surface are strictly forbidden. *All ships must be "X-Wing" format. No limits on size or weaponry, as long as it has X Wings and you can fly it with 1 pilot. *The race winner will receive 10 million Pegats! *Hutt Clan bonus of 500k Pegats to ground-based rocket/cannon shooters able to take down any low flying racers. May the best racer survive! Race Entrant: The Dark X from the Mustafarian Mustangs pirate crew. Pilot: Helga "Horsepower" + droid: R-Toobad 8 x Incom V88 fusial thrust engines, armed with 4 x F.ORDnance 5.0 wing cannons with multimini-rocket launchers and 2 x Arakyd forward mounted plasma-pulse turrets. (Extreme modification of official set 76920, Ford Mustang Dark Horse sports car) Race entrant: (last year's winner) The F-4000 from the Planet Ferrarmio racing team. Pilot: Fusilo 4Gonzola + droid: R24O 16 x Quad-mounted iTAL-1000 Hyperfocus thrusters, armed with 4 x Golan G3 wing cannons and front mounted twin missile launchers + ion cannons. (Extreme modification of official set 76934, Ferrari F40 supercar)
  15. Thanks again mate - I was tempted to put the yellow tile on the floor (as stormies tend to miss) but I didn't want to overdo it
  16. Ahhhh it makes me so proud to see my builds in other peoples displays and houses! I'm really glad you're happy with the finished product + the display stand looks as Imperial as I hoped it would! Impressive, most impressive
  17. I HOPE SO LOWLEAD, FOR YOUR SAKE. THE EMPEROR IS NOT AS FORGIVING AS I AM!
  18. Original fleet shuttle, or Emperor's version? I look forward to seeing it in Spring!
  19. Thanks very much! It really needed a fancy-looking stand :) Thank you!! Lowlead: DO IT.
  20. Thanks! ...and yes, it took her 18 hours with no help from me (apart from finding the pieces for each step) split into 3 sessions <3
  21. Hi thanks for your comment! I actually started with the cockpit in 2023 and if I couldn't get that right, I wasn't going to bother with the rest of it lol. It's the "face" of the ship and (to me) it was the most important part to make accurately. Dimensions - a lot of people are asking this and I've put full-spec on my Rebrickable post, although I'm not sure if links to that are allowed here... anyway I'll paste some specs for you below with comparisons to the UCS model that I found online. Height on display stand: Evilkirk 93cm. UCS 71cm. Width in flight mode: Evilkirk 88.4cm. UCS 57cm. Landed height: Evilkirk 57cm. UCS 48cm. Landed width (to gun tips): Evilkirk 42cm. UCS: Unknown. Length (front to rear): Evilkirk 52cm. UCS Unknown. Weight: Evilkirk (according to Studio) 4.37kg. UCS 3.9 to 4kg If anyone's got the UCS version and can fill in the 2 "unknown" measurements in cm, that would be much appreciated!! :D
  22. Thanks!! Yes, I just can't imagine Palps chilling with his homies lol
