hi all! here is my entry for the re-creation a moment of a Star Wars video game... I choose "Star Wars - Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy" for a lot of reasons: i spent several time... really a lot of time on this game, because i can create my own character, choose my own lightsaber and the color... because the story is nice and i can use the lightside and the darkside of the force... because there are a lot of mods to add more character parts, lightsaber hilts, maps, total conversions (i learned a lot about coding while i tryed to manage all the mods to create my own mod pack, a single mod with all stuff i wanted) another interesting thing I found in this game is the fighting technique, the freedom to use a own style of fighting and moving around "swooshing"... but, the most awesome thing... is the dismemberment! really i loved playing this game and make the enemy heads, torsos etc flying around killing them for this my re-creation is of a moment of maximum happiness ingame here the screenshot and this my Lego re-creation not edited: there are specially two difference: the first is the pose of the sith reborn with the double bladed lightsaber, because that is the only way i found in real life to fit a "bar" with two hands... the second thing is the pose of the green cultist, i wanted recreate the animation movement about his death (with the slowmotion rotating camera during that animation i cant done a good screenshot with all the npc) and i think it is more funny than the final pose of that bad guy i made another shot with different angle only for see better the lego creation this digital creation was made only with existing parts in existing colors (i checked all of them on bricklink) and, most important, all the parts are connected! nothing is simply posed, all are connected and work, here one shoot with the techniques i used for the difficoult connections i hope you like it... anyway, Good Luck to all competitors!! Edit: i made some addition on the ground detail... the project is the same, only a background addon: not edited:

-
I found a way to resolve the problem... is not perfect but i cant do better Bat_logo05 by Rusty B., su Flickr Bat_logo04 by Rusty B., su Flickr
-
thanks! ofcourse the design will be tho studs deep... but the second level of studs will be in one different color... to make contrast and make the logo visible... anyway... with or without the different color... the gaps are visible in real life bricks... and i cant find a solution to have the same design but without theese gaps

Rustinidiel replied to insideLego's topic in LEGO Star Wars
thanks for the instructions... but i not understand how to open the link... if i click on the link i see "error 404 not found" -
thanks to all!! i see the sidecar with slopes is your favourite
-
you mean my regular speederbike or the 74-z imperial speederbike? for the 74-z another user (michaelozzie) made a sidecar: i will work on another version using your suggest and will post it... but what sidecar is the best? the bike with round back or that with curved slopes? Thanks a lot for your all comments and suggestion!!
-
thanks for your comment! yes, the design looks "new" and probably is better as First Order speeder... but i got only imperial soldiers... i'm an imperial fan, if i will build this speeder, for me will be created for the Empire anyway, yes.. for the First Order this design may be cool... maybe in black... or dark bluish grey

[MOC] Resistance transport from The Last Jedi
Rustinidiel replied to hachiroku's topic in LEGO Star Wars
i've not seen the episode 8... but your moc is cool... a little ship but with a lot of space... great work! -
hi all, i wanted to create a new speeder bike for my scout troopers... trying some design, erasing all and starting again, this is the result: Speeder_01 by Rusty B., su Flickr Speeder_02 by Rusty B., su Flickr than, i created some variants... for example a speeder bike with a pilot and a passenger... a sidecar Speeder_Sidecar_01 by Rusty B., su Flickr here a two different shape of the back Speeder_Sidecar_02 by Rusty B., su Flickr in this view can be seen the difference between the long bike and the shorter sidecar passenger seat Speeder_Sidecar_03 by Rusty B., su Flickr another variant is a speeder with a pilot and passenger, but not a bike... but mantaining the same shape Speeder_Big_01 by Rusty B., su Flickr Speeder_Big_02 by Rusty B., su Flickr Speeder_Big_03 by Rusty B., su Flickr and because i love strange things... here is a prototype: two bikes... but the pilots can connect them to create a single "superbike" Double_Speeder_01 by Rusty B., su Flickr Double_Speeder_02 by Rusty B., su Flickr here connected Double_Speeder_03 by Rusty B., su Flickr Double_Speeder_04 by Rusty B., su Flickr i hope you like what do you think? what is your favourite? all opinions, suggestions and critics are welcome and they help me to become a better designer... then, comment please

looking for a star wars moc maker [brickfilm]
Rustinidiel replied to Mat59hias's topic in LEGO Star Wars
hi... i'm a moc maker... i'm not the best designer... bt i love spend my time to moc experiment the thing you need is what? an instruction? a LDD file? you prefer the tents made with bricks or with tissue? -
over 700 viewers and only 3 user have one opinion? noone else like or dislike this creation? suggestion or critics? more opinion i recive, better my creation can be
-
thanks a lot for the appreciation! as i said, for the wings my inspiration was from the Fury-Class interceptor... but the rest of the ship is very different for the LDD file or instruction... i working to create my own website where you will can buy all my mocs (in .lxf and pdf instructions)
-
you are meaning about the first ship? the wings are in 20° degrees as the jedi interceptor thanks for the appreciation
-
hi all, i'm finished my last moc... i'm an imperial and i love the Tie series ships... for this i wanted to create a ship, a concept between the design of the republic Jedi Interceptor (the ship that starts the future Tie series shape) and the Tie Prototype (the really first Tie ship) my concept is a connection between the two design... i think a logical evolution to the final imperial Tie series shape this is the Tie Arrogance Tie Arrogance by Rusty B., su Flickr Tie Arrogance by Rusty B., su Flickr Tie Arrogance by Rusty B., su Flickr Tie Arrogance by Rusty B., su Flickr the ship has a long wings (inspired from the Fury-Class Interceptor) with radiator flaps as the Jedi Interceptor... but the cockpit is bubble style as the Tie series... there are two big engine with Hyperspace guidance and two heavy laser cannons on the wings... after finished my concept... i look the result and yes... i find it interesting, but... i'm not enthusiast... maybe the wings are too thin... i dont know.... but i love my work on the main body of the ship... for this i made another concept... leaving the idea of making a connection between the two ship mentioned... Tie Arrogance by Rusty B., su Flickr Tie Arrogance by Rusty B., su Flickr Tie Arrogance by Rusty B., su Flickr the second ship is only a variant of a Tie ship... with wings similar of the Tie Aggressor and my main body with big engine and Hyperspace guidance.... What do you think? What do you prefer? Suggestion and criticism are really welcome
