  1. No. Rogue One rebel battle pack had four unique figs, based on actual named characters in the film. I think maybe too much has been made of FalconFan’s comment.
  2. We've had females in Battle Packs before (Jedi/Clones last year), and a female Mandalorian before as well (Sabine).
  3. No on both counts. And no either.
  4. Nope. I don't know what qualifies as an "amazing first" these days, but the only thing of (mild) interest I can see in this set is that it includes four distinct figures (all Mandalorian warriors), each with a cape.
  5. Would someone who has built this model mind posting a few photos of some minifigs in front of/around it, to give a better idea of scale? Perhaps even some Hoth troopers, to put it in context? :)
  6. He read the description of the other battle pack on the site where all the photos leaked.
  7. If I tell you Jannah is in the X-Wing will it stop the endless back and forth about the subject that seems to come up every 3 days?
  8. Juniors/4+ sets do not typically (ever?) use stickers.
  9. I'm not saying they won't put the Sith Troopers in the Battle Pack. I'm saying they're unlikely to put both the Sith Troopers and the Jet Troopers in it. Of the two, the Sith Troopers are the more likely candidates, since there are several other figures in the Kylo Shuttle set which could remain exclusive to that set (Pryde, one or both of the two Knights of Ren), whereas there aren't with the Speeder set. And, there are absolutely many, many collectors (not to mention BrickLink sellers) who will buy multiples of the Speeder set at $40 a pop (or more likely, $32 since it's already on sale) to amass an army of Jet Troopers. (And LEGO knows that very well.)
  10. It does not use the same piece as that.
  11. I wouldn't hold my breath for both Sith troopers and jet trooper(s)... a battle pack that cherry-picks highly desirable, exclusive figs from two different sets would be a bit more generous than LEGO is known to be. Yes, it could happen, but with Rey almost certain to appear in another set down the line, the jet trooper is the main draw for the speeder set... LEGO invariably leaves at least one fig exclusive to each set. (Yes, the treadspeeder driver would technically be exclusive too... but the differences there are barely noticeable, and hardly going to inspire a lot of repeat purchases).
  12. Sets for the next year were decided long before the AT-ST hit shelves. Whether it sells or not won't impact any additional Mandalorian sets coming in 2020. 2021, perhaps...
  13. @Stash2Sixx Can this thread please be relocated somewhere else? We're already overrun with two threads bashing Star Wars here. Do we really need a third?
  14. 1 pilot. 1 snow trooper. 1 mini snow speeder. 1 white speeder bike. 1little radar dish gun thing. 0 surprises.
  15. Can that happen sooner rather than later?
  16. I think you've now posted back-to-back threads that seem pretty clickbaity to me... incendiary, provocative questions based on faulty suppositions masquerading as "evidence" that seem designed solely to rile people up, flame each other, and contribute to the false narrative that Star Wars is doomed. I find the whole thing pretty tiresome.
  17. Virtually zero percent chance there will be another UCS Sandcrawler any time soon.
  18. Not a new fig, but likely will be included in the 4+/Juniors Snowspeeder.
  19. Which new hair are you thinking of?
  20. I think the difference here is that Lucasfilm/Disney is keeping a tighter grip on spoiler-centric merchandise with this movie. For instance, there was recently a report that Hasbro can't put out product for something like 70% of the material in the movie because of spoilers. I think LEGO knows that even if the January wave does technically come out after the movie's release (assuming those sets don't get pulled forward into December), the winter sets are going to leak well before then. I suspect all the toy manufacturers are feeling constrained by what they can and can't release this early, and LEGO is just erring on the side of caution. Hopefully this means we get a more robust third wave to compensate for the lackluster second one.
  21. The lower priced sets (anything under $100) were similarly discounted at launch at those stores for the last several waves.
  22. Two words: Constable Zuvio.
  23. There was a variation on the Poe pilot fig done for one of this year's Resistance sets (using a white torso with orange printing, rather than the reverse). So they could use it as well. https://brickset.com/minifigs/sw1019/poe-dameron-(pilot-jumpsuit-without-belts-and-pipe-hair)
  24. It might help to look at the types of sets that came out last January.
