  1. I think it's too small. Ellis' one seems the most accurate out of the official pieces made by LEGO.
  2. Maybe you should wait a short while more when movie clips are released
  3. This is truly incredibly smooth! And the ending was hilarious! Just what a LEGO brickfilm should be: smooth animation, professional background/lighting, and funny story. Great job @frikandeloorlog!
  4. Why would the MF be false? Unless TLG wants to be a killjoy, why would they claim to be making one? Also, the rumour would likely have appeared earlier.
  5. No, the Rebels Vader and OT Vader have different prints. But if you aren't fussy like me then it's ok I guess
  6. I am working on a "Partisan Hideout" MOC. With Saw, Jyn, Edrio Two Tubes, and a Jedha rebel. Will post a new topic when completed Also, a holiday special set, perhaps? "Wookiee Home: with the Wookiee family, the Imperial Officer, a Stormtrooper, the talkative rebel guy, and Han" No? Oops...
  7. From the user tags: (Emphasis added) Yep, I will too. Then I might put the pauldron onto the FO Stormie. But wow, it'd be interesting if the CCBS Scout Trooper's speeder bike was Technic: we haven't had a Technic SW build in a long time!
  8. I know, but I'd save it for worse stuff. But I know a few Australians and they don't talk like that... Do you mean me? I was just saying that the speeder bike may be Technic, it wasn't makoy. But I really don't see TLG combining a buildable figure and normal bricks. It'd be too expensive and they don't really match. CCBS, like Technic, is hollow and lightweight and don't use the stud systems.
  9. Thanks @makoy Yep, I saw those. Delta was right about the scout trooper one and I'm very pumped for it! Hopefully it'll be Technic-style, like some old bigger Bionicle sets?
  10. FREE!

Thanks ChristopherLee! Just became one recently :classic:

  11. You're not even British, why did you have to use such harsh language? Also, seeing how round Rathtars are, it'd be interesting to get a brick-built one. I tried making one myself. And I'd be rather disappointed if Vader's Transformation was >$30. I'm hoping either the Tank or the Vader set is $30, and the other maybe $40. But upon closer inspection of the Vader Transformation preliminary image, it looks weird. Arguably, the Yoda's Jedi Starfighter looked horrible in the preliminary images and turned out okay, but the Vader Transformation seems to be a central walkway, a black droid flying out of nowhere, the medical table, and a curved portion behind which I can't quite make out what is there due to the poor image quality. I hope they surprise me and make the build not-so-terrible.
  12. Just testing if ipernity images autoload like flickr ones, or appear as links. Here's a random SW image: http://www.ipernity.com/doc/hothbricks/17625091
  13. They should be centered. From brickset:
  14. I'm glad I don't have to vote for the winner, with so many good submissions.
  15. I like the first one a little more. Especially with that 2nd perspective shot.
  16. Wow! So there is a bombardier! Also that image looks really cool. Thanks @WhiteFang
  17. I know. It'll make the bottom level more accessible. But I thought it would be unstable?
  18. Seems like the best Rogue One set is currently the Y-wing… with a narrow lead of 1 vote. AT-ST and Krennic's Shuttle seem like the most popular so far.
  19. Patience, my young padawan. Well, at least it's cheaper for y'all in the US. The US currency to my currency conversion rate is β‰ˆ1.3, but the sets cost twice as much here. Also, they better start printing the astromech backs.
  20. Is that because brickset's CapnRex101 suggested it?
  21. Very nice shot! You should post it in "Star Wars Photography" (if you haven't yet) R2-D2 looks very inquisitive as he looks at the plans :)
  22. If the gears don't work (but they likely will) you could try out a Krennic's Shuttle-style mechanism maybe? As in multiple ball joints lined up in a row? Would that work too?
  23. You're going to become a Citizen soon! :classic:

  24. We have the summer sets to satisfy us for now
