I miss University Great build. Our students work hard and play very very hard.

Well. 10 days makes all the difference... After a no go, several days of scheming, begging and bribing I'll going to BrickCon! Everyone's favourite* Sci-Fi Reg is heading to west coast! I should be landing in late Thurs - how long does the meet and greet go till? Hope to see some new and old faces there! *also only Sci-fi reg You should totally come Brickworld - its like the unofficial North American EB event!

Apparently Tag Haggler was too long. So I'm now just Taggler. By someone sneaky. And probably lazy to say out the whole thing... so I'm guessing Ricecracker.
-
I call BS. I think you just photoshopped the real album. No way this is real.
-
When you're playing against the "Computer AI" - you're really playing against this guy. No wonder I keep losing And some bonus fun: PAB stacking is hard work. Sometimes you need a (robotic) hand. Apparently drinking by yourself can lead to becoming an alcoholic. So I now have a drinking buddy!

Happy Birthday Screamy!

Ahhh! too busy building and miss this... Happy Belated Birthday! I know you got some cool stuff

Tag haggler - From ISC for my GoH Tag nitpicking.

Wow. The lighting here is fantastic. The build is great, the fortress backdrop you build for your ship is really impressive. It really complements the ship well. But the presentation is just utterly impressive. Really well done. Was it just regular lights ? or did you use black lights as well to make some of the neon bits pop?

Another brilliant Alien build. The Face Hugger and closed egs are great. The upside down build is realy well done and that arches are just perfect. Really really well done!
-
I LOVED Zoids.... Both the old kids toys AND the lobster type. So this is absolutely fantastic. There's so much to love here, like all your builds I love your uncompromising style, you don't do things cause it's easy but because it looks better. That subtle curve in the belly / abdomen is fantastic. Really brilliant build ... and welcome back to EB! I hope you stick around more

While I'm usually on the very PRO-Greeble camp, this does look super sleek and nice! The flow and colour blocking are great. And I really like the little landing pad you built too! Really great job. Now do a all greeble ship! (just joking!)

I really like the presentation. The different light sources between the outside and inside are starling. The outside light really does evoke that sort of loneliness, but inside, while cramp is nice and warm and fuzzy - like a teddy bear I also like the little rotating base - though I would add a few bricks on top to make it less flat.
-
Very nice! Both the tank and that nice presentation. I actually just tried the same thing! it was more annoying than I thought, though I think you actually did it more interesting than I. The flex tubbing looks good, though you might want to use a different angle to make the flex tubing curve really obvious...

HEHE that fills me with warm and fuzzy feelings. Great scene. Though the MECH and the background are also quite nice. I particularly like the size - it has the feel of a big mech with the nice studless features, but it's very small relative to a lot of mechs! Good job!
-
Absolutely lovely. Great looking Mech, I love the bubbly circular body. And the windscreen/blast protector mechanism is neat! My only complaint is the feet. The little hands don't do it for me, if you're going for toes I think it has to be a little more substantial. Rotating them up towards the shin I think would look better. oh! another idea would be to use some 1x2 dark green plate and put it as a stripe through the windscreen area. I think it would add some interesting asymmetry to it
-
Very nice. The way you warped the yellow in the front works really well. And for some reason - I love your little fighters along side - so simple yet - yet fantastic! I would love to see you build this in real life
-
Well I like it! You're such a blacktron snob. It's like the Blacktron 2 guy is the leader protected by his crew. Buggy is really nice - totally smacks of the old Blacktron feel.
-
Ah! I knew I recognized that starfighter... I remember a few people making them. And you did a pretty nifty job - I like the nose piece in particular. But I think Mark is right, if you're going to put it on Cuusoo and potentially profit you should reference / credit the source. Which is slightly different than just building for yourself.
-
Very nice mechs! As people said, the little image doesn't do it justice, you had to look at the gallery to see it in it's glory. I really liked the cockpit and the fins on the top BTW - I very much liked your table at Brickworld - though I didn't get a chance to talk/meet you - everytime I tried you were either playing games or busy chatting with people - maybe next year! :)
-
Let's not get too excited... Though there's no official word yet, so I'll treat this as hopeful rumoured dreams.... Though I highly doubt it'd be called Galaxy Quest - as that was the name of a movie. Unless they had the license for an obscure Sci-Fi comedy... "Aim for the vulnerable spot!" "It's a rock! It doesn't have a vulnerable spot!"
