Nope. This is definitely a one-wave theme. The concept cannot really expand and be interesting to young LEGO fans. Just2Good, while I understand it's extremely exciting to have a new theme and speculate on the future, I would ask you please refrain expressing your speculation as if it is fact. Especially considering Rez was asking for someone "in the know" - and you responded quite definitively as if you were "in the know". It's fine to speculate, but make sure you note that it's your speculation instead of fact. That being said, I think some of your rational sounds logical. But let's wait till we see something more substantial before we start declaring things

Thanks for the comments everyone, The Dark Blue-Yellow is retro Batman comic colours (though it's missing a bit of dark bley) @DarkDragon - it's very swooshable ...for one of my builds It's pretty stable though there's a lot of strain on the wings, since all the connection point is the back and it's just layered plates. @Cam - ohhh good point, I could totally build a Blue Angels now

haha really great concept and some great little mini builds to go along with it! The little folding plane in particular is solid, and as Draik mentioned, the creates are top notch.

I almost wished it wasn't cameo'd !There's so many great details hiding underneath. lIke the exhaust ring and the matching interlocked cheese wedges on the bottom. You should consider building another non cameo one to go along with this

It's funny you mention the sticker thing. I was the same way, it's probably the last set sticker I've applied since really becoming an AFOL. And I think this stays as a 'don't part set'. Anyways I really do like the snotty cannon (hehe). It looks really good and fits well. You should building a tank out of these pieces, it has some great promise!

The little thank is nice. I particularly like the curved slope on the clips, nice change in angle. But what I really like is the presentation and back drop you built. It almost completely steals the show. Have you considered moving the antenna on the turret (I assume it's an antenna)? it's a bit short and can't really see it, except from the overhead shot.

It's such a little change between Mark VI and Mark VII but it makes all the difference! That collar adds a lot! My only other suggestion, as noted before the trans green looks a bit odd. So make it LESS odd, why not change the engine exhausts from trans red and trans neon green? Or the blaster? If you make something else that matches it makes it less out of place.

Looks fun! Some great pieces in some interesting colours - and nice to have some colourful guys that can be like Space Marine squad leaders... or if I get enough, colour coded squads Slightly disappointing it's not Space-Monster-Fighters
