Looks great! I was wielded out by those grey liftarms for footrests with all the holes showing until I realised why and then it makes sense (live in hot country with no snow) 1/6 scale ish? Good for an action figure?

One of the TC contests focus points is creating discussion on this discussion board so construction follow along build threads is a great way to achieve this… plus it’s just more fun as a spectator to watch builds progress. Why would it not be a good idea?

Build a vehicle with no panels contest! 👍 I may try digging up one of my abandoned previous TC starts and start modifying for tracks… as no prizes means I might do better, knowing my luck

Looks like it might be fun! I’m building a crawler buggy thing also at the moment and using the same DBG suspension arms so wondering how you got those 3L blue pins in them …oh maybe they are blue half pins

Ok maybe this doesn’t fit even though mowers like this are pushed along? @Jim sorry to bug you but is a motorised push mower in the rules 😅 The engine will turn only when the mower is pushed as it’s a manual model, not a self propelled mower.

I haven’t done LEGO for a while and this wouldn’t of happened if my kid didn’t ask to build a ‘robot’ yesterday. I then thought to add a single engine to the robot then it reminded me of a lawnmower, then I remembered this contest…and kept developing it. 1/6 scale roughly I realise I want to put a clutch to disengage the blades from the motor so that’s the next thing that I am trying to squeeze in today.

I got to comment cause it’s a Datsun It looks basic and simple as… but considering the restraints of parts this looks really good 👍 Why a curvy Datsun and not something else more suited to parts I wonderI wonder??

This is a very nice alternate model I love the boom raising mechanism There are lots of features packed into this, the steering and suspension… Looks are very neat too.

I hope the title does not change. I have started an idea that is not a vehicle, mech, animal or anything that’s been ruled out but it is also not a devise. This contest sounds like a fun topic to build to now that some details have been flushed out 😅

Very nice design work on the cab! The panel and plates work real nice together on the fenders. Its a strange vehicle design with 3 evenly spaced wheels and a big overhang at the back but you got the look of the original for sure. Nice undercarriage with lots of protection of gears etc.

I think you did a nice job on this. You captured a lot of small details on the visual side of things 👍 Moves pretty quick too.

Yep very annoying. this was the last straw that prompted me to buy the CADA 4 plus analogue remote. Should receive in a week or so 🙂
