    Bricktober leftovers always end up on the shelves and will hit 10$ if you're patient. They're normally 20$ though so perhaps the price drop has already started.

    Re-reading the S16 thread, people clearly knew several if not all of the figs by February, and hints (that were sometimes not written as such) gave most well before that. I originally thought it a bit early but am now surprised we haven't seen hints from any of the other regular leakers. We should be discussing Ninjago at this point!

    Wanted to bump this to ask where you all buy your customs? I'd like to try to get the comic con figs but def not willing to pay the premium associated with the real ones.

    Where you at? I could probably ship you out a set but you may have luck asking target to check the stockroom for them. That's how I've always gotten my sealed boxes.

    The technic pin makes me think it's going to be a series or some sort, so I don't see it being the May4 promo.

    Check the dcpi for stock of figs. If the number is large (for me that is 300+) it could be worth the risk of checking. If you don't see them, ask an associate to check in the back via dcpi. Managed to get a couple phantom zone polys and 70 bags yesterday (from one of those large displays) but only one complete set (only one joker!). I wasn't sure how much I would love the figs. But after opening I love them all, with maybe Mime being my least fave. Really impressed with this series! I also built the batcave to work on expanding the suit rack, and while I wasn't expecting that build to be fun, it blew me away. Definitely a great pickup if you like playsets, though I can't say there is much display value.

    So Marceline was in the most recent TRU ad, so I'm guessing they fixed the chip problem. Now to wait until fun packs go back on sale!

    Please note that the cmf boxes have tape saying jan 1 release date. I checked a few stores and actually nearly had my hands on a box before the stock girl noticed the date. If they're on the floor you're definitely lucky, but asking about backroom stock may be a crapshoot.

    I'm fearful they'll be going back to a s10 /11 distribution for this series. I would love to be wrong though.

    Different face (unless the ark set is double sided, but I can't find any high-res photos of him) but otherwise yeah, don't quite understand it. maybe the movie will clear up why they did it.

    At TRU today for the SW scavenger hunt they had the Batman sets out. Later when walking through they were putting them back in boxes and told me they were supposed to go out next weekend. So I won't be surprised if we start seeing them everywhere then.

    Not exactly. Base price yes, sales tax differs (if it even exists) by state though. So your out the door price will definitely be different by state.

    At least for the US folk, I wouldn't stress about the msrp. Lego and retailers have shown even with the R1 sets that a near immediate 30% discount isn't unusual anymore. I guarantee all of these sets will see solid discounts if you're willing to wait a month (if that). As someone who will pick up the whole wave there is no way I'd buy day 1 anyway (except maybe for a promo) but that's my general philosophy on all sets anymore.
