Looks to be scale to me. Lego trains have always been undersized. Steam engines are big things -

It is cool that it can stand alone, but it actually is designed to kinda work with the last GWP, which is pretty neat -

It’s alright, it’s weird that the left side is just…not there, makes it look way smaller than it should. Also the Minifigures look unfinished, the box art is pretty awful. im still kinda into this though, but I think I’ll stick with my Infinity War one until I’ve caught up on other big sets coming soon. This one is way down the list with the likes of Hogwarts Express, Razorcrest and the Classic stuff coming. -

So their shirts definitely hint towards a UCS Razorcrest. I don’t know how to feel about that. On the one hand, it would be great, but on the other…I was looking forward to another Master Builder set, and the ship got blown up over a year and a half ago, surely they’re not that confident in it selling when it’s not even in the show anymore? anyway I expect that to come with pretty much anyone who’s been on the ship. We’ll get a Kuill for sure, and probably Bill Burr’s character. as for the revealed sets, the Justifier looks so cool and fresh, but damn that is a hefty price tag. The AT-TE looks great as a whole package, but damn it’s been 20 years but you couldn’t change the leg design to articulated? The things so small that stability definitely wouldn’t be an issue. Oh well, it’s a pick up from me -

So Hasbro have just revealed a ‘Marvel Studios Legacy’ line of products. Part of the press release states that Lego will release products in the line this summer. I suppose that this will be taking the place of the Infinity Saga stuff. Makes sense with the rumoured products covering previous movies -

Brilliant, I’ve wanted a D2C Express for years. Glad I put off my MOC station now. It seems everything I planned to MOC for my display is getting released this year -

These are sooo much better than I anticipated. So many details that the leaks even said weren’t there! And so many surprise Minifigures. And 12 GRIMMALD PLACE!! WTF this is the best wave, beats out 2018 and 2020 easily. With a potential Gringotts D2C too…good lord I need to get saving -

That spine looks way too big compared to pics of the Giganotosaurus from the movie. I suspect they’ve exaggerated it for potential Spino reuse -

Why do only certain sets stickers peel?
Whovastron replied to Whovastron's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I imagine something specific has just happened to these sets, although I just can’t thing what could have affected them. Both of them have been through very different conditions. It’s very odd indeed -
Why do only certain sets stickers peel?
Whovastron replied to Whovastron's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Nothing really. The Batcave was in the loft/attic for a couple years, but it was stored with tons of sets that it hasn’t happened to. Ninjago city has always just been displayed in my room with other sets -
Hi there, hoping someone can help me out here. So a few months ago I took my 2016 classic Tv Batcave out of storage, to find that almost all stickers had peeled and in some cases moved (even the big panel stickers had moved somehow). Which is odd because I’ve never encountered this before, I’m based in England so climate isn’t a big issue here for quality of toys. today I’ve noticed this again in Ninjago City, but only on non-clear backed stickers. As far as I can tell these two sets are the only ones in my collection that have peeled. One from 2016 and one from 2017. I check over some of my older sets like the 2012 Batcave and 2013 Arkham Asylum and no peeling at all. In my whole collection, which even includes sets from 2006, only the 60s Batcave and ninjago city seem to have this problem. I was wondering if anyone knew why it would only affect some sets? It seems age isn’t the problem. Also if there’s any way to fix them. I kinda wanted to sell the two afflicted sets…but that doesn’t seem viable now

I reckon the new sets will be next year. Hasbro have got the license to produce figures and such for the franchise too, but that again is starting next year. I really hope this theme ends up a bit like Harry Potter, revisiting to older movies and even remaking older sets. I rebuilt my original stolen treasure chase set yesterday and damn did that fill me with nostalgia. -

I remember back in the day, when my dad bought the original clock tower set for me for Christmas, he’d gotten Dumbledore’s office from CoS completely free! Such a lovely surprise extra set, and such a big one too, you’d never catch them doing deals like that today -

Let us not forget this, we’re so lucky that Lego are even doing this theme. Such a nostalgia trip every time new sets come out!! I would LOVE it to be a quidditch pitch. Don’t get me wrong I hope it’s Gringots. But the possibility of it being a UCS Hogwarts express or a bigger, fuller quidditch set would be amazing. if it was a quidditch stadium, the accessory pack would make sense to be quidditch players to populate it! -

Oh good, thank goodness anyway, may thoughts on this wave… This wave sounds fantastic! The Hogwarts extensions do nothing for me build-wise, but will be great minifigure and parts packs for my Hogwarts MOC. Can’t wait to see what’s in them, specifically Dumbledore’s office excites me. The original was lovely set I had as a kid so I’d love a good remake! the shrieking shack! Yes, called it! For the price point I hope we get the Hog’s head aswell. Would be great. Can’t wait to see werewolf Lupin. ministry of magic sounds like a mishmash of 5&7, with I’m happy with. Hoping the Dementors have the new Star Wars hood piece. I really hope the Horntail will be fairly simple to remove from the stand, the previous version was horrific so I hope this can stand in of it! overall a great series. If the last unknown is a play set I hope it’s not Gringots, I’d prefer that as the D2C -

what if the retailer exclusive is more Big figs like Harry and Hermione. That was an exclusive here in the uk. Maybe this is Ron and Dobby? Would make the hints of Dobby make sense -

It’s probably partly based on deathly hallows. With Umbridge, the dementors and maybe the extra character being based on that scenes -

With the ministry. The main atrium is a marvellous design and recognisable compared to just a room with balls or a gray arch. This is definitely what I was hoping for. The Hogwarts extensions are remakes like last year, pretty expected I reckon. The presence of umbridge and the dementor in MOM makes me think it’s partly based on 5 and 7, with the extra figure probably being Yaxley (or whoever the blonde guy is that attacks Ron and hermione) -

Tin foil hats coming out, surely we can’t be that desperate for info? -
With the upside down retired but the Brickheadz out, Lego are clearly keeping the licence around. I wouldn’t be surprised if we got a set in conjunction with Season 4 in either may or July
