[GoC] WTC Offices, Stormhaven
Professor Thaum replied to Darnok's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Tan... my bad... beware of color-blind mices ! Agreed, but, it would be much more accurate for a "mangrove madness" look. You simply have to keep in mind that in took a long between building of the new shack and the picture taken by the photographer (damn, it's a long way from Kings Port to Stormhaven ) -
This one fits well for a forest scene.Iif you want something to change : maybe a little bit of reframing for the too well arranged greenies boarding the shrine (behind the two minifigs)... the "cleaned" space in front of the shrine is enough, no need of formal garden in addition. You may even add some height to the greenies on the back scene.

[GoC] WTC Offices, Stormhaven

That's a great shack, and the wall technic require a huge amount of yellow cheese slopes (beware of the mouses ) but agreed with @Bregir this is a little bit to polished for a mangrove built, you may perhaps add some greenies on the shack's roof. and remove some cheese slopes for 15712 part with clicked 30093 seaplant or 55236 spines, for a more creepy look. Factions - Introduction, Discussion, and Core Rules
Professor Thaum replied to goatman461's topic in Factions Archive
To be honest some factions are quite lethargic one... To be a true scoundrel, I think you may choose the Black Sun just because this faction is not the most active and some new blood would be a good thing. Even if whatever faction will be suitable -
Argh... too late for me.. I planned a harch too... seems we had the same spider disguised minifig... So I will change Nice floor and wall. And that plant !!! I'm especially jealous of the amazing throng of rare parts you are able to display on a single built (your floor and wall are perfect examples - the floor of your previous built too)
