After days on my raft, sucking Aglae's sap to survive... I finally arrived on a island called Nest of Thieves. Most to say, it was not the most civilized one. But the people here were of good comapny, and it definitely was the place to settle has a doctor... There's always someone in need for your skills, and furthermore I finally had time to raise an apprentice. After some years I salted away a pretty good nest egg, enough to offer me a pretty nice ship (class 2 F cutter), actually docked at Bastion. Let me introduce yourself : the Gargoyle hull length : 15 m full length : 20 m master beam : 3m register tonnage : 30 Only light weaponry : 2 guns on the bow and 2 carronades near the stern.

He was moved quickly in my on board dispensary by a cadet officer driven insane by the row and suffering a nervous breakdown. With his blunderbuss he order me to severe the left arm of the captain to save his life... Impossible to speak with a mad man with a gun So after a shot right near my left hear I severed the second arm and stitched up the two injuries of the captain... who was very angry when he came round... I was beached and marooned on a tiny sandbank, with only a bad little sword, on which I may set myself upon if I don't want to die starving... But there was two lovely wild sugar cane and a bunch of palm trees, on the sandbank. I only survive sucking one of the sugar cane sap (I love it, I called it Aglae, and it became my best friend) and cutting the other to make me some rope. then I cut off the palm trees to make me a raft. I took Aglae with me and we start travelling east I even put my clothes off for making sails Finally I reached Nest of Thieves and start a new life... I've heard from the mad cadet officer... He was enlisted to the Juniper War far away of the royal navy, and went definitely mad at Hayden's Bluff's battle but get the rank of captain. He even decide to go back to the sea...
