It depends, I went to a comic con last week, and found out they were booths of "brickLink" store fronts, I was like cool, extra lego pieces, then I turned around and saw their minifigs, and instantly realized how much they had and the quantity. For example I want to buy the Lego LOTR weather top set just for the black riders, but didn't want to fork over 49.99 for two, and I saw they had like 8 of them for 8.00 and was like score! I wasn't that much familiar with bricklink and how it worked, but my most important task was to get the four ninja turtles at affordable price and on ebay getting all four would have ranged from 50-100usd plus, I noticed the seller had all four for 11.50, but even then he gave me a discount and ended up paying 35 for all four, now that's a bargain, but they didn't come with weapons, even then he gave me directions to their actual store and walking in was like a dream come true, walls and walls of lego parts, I went crazy, nonetheless I managed to get their weapons for cheap. Plus he had the manuals for the extra sets so I could get their serial numbers of the manuals and tell Lego I am missing the alternate heads. I collect the Super Heroes line and have all the sets, but it can get expensive just to get one minifigure, sometimes the price of one figure outweighs the price of the set and that is crazy. Overall it's worth it, and sometimes you got to do what you got to do to find the cheapest way to get minifigures...

But what I don't get if Fox owns everything, why would the marvel video game have lego versions of them?

That is what I have been thinking, but some people have OCD I guess...

My only complaint should be that the skateboard should be a hoverboard! bahahaha

I hate the TDK batman either way I can't stand they way they painted his suit gray rather than black.

I agree, although I recently saw that all of the SDCC minifigs ran up for a cool 1,200usd I must say if I had extra money I would buy them all, hell I love Shazam, Bizarro, Jean Grey and Black Spider man which I honestly thought it was Venom in the first place upon closer inspection. I do have some hope we will see them in the future that they can update them and not just have an overall basic design. I wouldn't mind an alternate Shazaam with a hoodie on... Maybe that's just me I am used to collecting more expensive toys than lego, but either way for something so small that couldn't get replaced easily it could be a bad investment.

I want to get more Iron man clear decals for the "digital"window Display in the back. Hot toys is releasing the hall of armor and they have like a clear door with the armor outlined upfront rather than the back, which is something I want to do if I have the change though....

I saw Leo for cheap on ebay looking for the extra four heads they have. What sucks is that they didn't have any weapons, and what's weird is that the store had all the accesories for the other minifigures, just not the turtles for some odd reason. Luckily they had two pairs of grey sais and two swords for leo, but tomorrow I am going to their store behind doors and have a look at their inventory to pick up some pieces and maybe Leo's nunchucks an donatello bo staff!!! By the way what are the odds of us seeing TMNT based from the upcoming michael bay?

Hmmm good point!!! I figure they would be on the exclusives list, but even it would be safe to ask The Lego Group it they are planning any give away! Quick question why would Lego be hated for the exclusive give away last year? Was it because the rest of the world could not get them like everyone else?

Man i got lucky I went to the Texas comic con and a booth that sold lego parts had lego minifigures and sure enough, I found and bought all four turtles for 35.00 usd!!! saved me a 100 bucks right there!!!

From the looks of it, Lego won't have any exclusive figures at the SDCC as of yet, but here's a list of companies with exclusives this year and Hot Toys, Sideshow Collectibles and Lego are not on the list: http://www.comic-con.org/cci/2013/exclusives I guess that's a good and bad thing

Is there any chance of seeing an US Capitol in architecture form? I love the White House and I am a big fan of federal architecture so I am crossing my fingers that one day I might... I hope.

I don't think Lego let's you take pictures, you probably will have to get secret squirrel espionage gear to sneak some in hahaha Jeez after watching Man of Steel for a fourth time, did anyone smiled or smirked when they saw the sets portrayal in the movie, playfully accurate?

WHY they should include like 12 minifigures all of them brand new hehehe. Have fun at Comic-Con I was reading up about it yesterday since I was planning a few comic cons and anime cons myself this year and saw that the SDCC tickets sell out within an hour that they are sold so you must be very lucky!!!

As a kid I stuck to Pirates, then after my dark ages I bought the entire Kingdoms line save the Chess set, and now I caught up with SuperHeroes entire Marvel/DC sets. I will stick with Superheroes and maybe a couple of mini figures from different themes, I only bought Dath Vader, Saruman and White Gandalf, so we will see, I tried getting into the Ninja Turtles but all I want is just the four turtles, yet they are price at 100usd for all four so I might wait for prices to go down or something..

I am jealous, I want a SupeHeroes set like the Tower of Orthanc in the range of price, I want to splurge on a big set and tired of the little sets.

Great they are going to make it harder to get this...

They made it sound like New York is an open world and act as a hub like "gotham city". I am still undecided on which console to get the game, on one hand the ps3 to use with my home theater or my pc which can render gorgeous graphics so I don't know... I want that Iron Patriot, but I am crossing my fingers that we will see more sets by the end of the year...

Exactly, I mean honestly, The Batboat, Batmobile, Batplane, Lex's Luthor Power Armor all show up on the Lego Batman Videogame not generally in sets, but vehicles, minifigures, the fact that you didn't see Mr.Freeze and certain robins is because at the time they weren't conceived in the game. Even in the LOTR lego game you see minifigures and equipment used in sets... They work hand in hand and I presume we could see future sets inspired by the game in the sense of including minifigures seen in the game, it's clear that we will see close to 100+ minifigures on the marvel game alone, when in reality so far we have close to 25 or more released marvel minifigures... there is total room for expansion and deliver more sets other than movies and comics IMO. Hell, even Shazam and Bizarro were DLC but man I would love to see them in sets in the future and especially see a Black Adam minifigure... This line could be longer than SW if they play their cards right.
