This set is super cool. Those hairpieces are just amazing. Unfortunately my Lego budget this summer is directed at Marvel and the Detectives Office!

O I definitely fully want it. It's the only set from this August wave that I truly actually need. That green goblin fig is simply amazing

That hydra cap uniform is hideous, so this is no loss to me. That shield might turn out cool though. It just sucks we still have to dread this time of year.

Yeah but at this point it'd just be speculation and wishlisting as to what the sets will include. We don't even have a trailer to go off of, just casting. Seems counterproductive to me. I say we have our confirmation of sets, wait till one of our members actually has a rumor till we open a new thread.

The Conjuring 2: Good, but not as good as the first. Lord of the Rings Cartoon: When you look at it in terms of an adaptation of the first two books in 2 hours, it's not bad. However, the animation was HORRENDOUS; blending live action with cartoon was not a good idea. The cartoon Hobbit still reigns supreme. Will be watching the The Return of the King adaptation soon, I used to watch that one as a child.

I would guess reasons that they didn't include Gwen in the bridge might be: 1) To maybe avoid the whole classic comic event with her death 2) To get us to buy both the bridge and whatever set she may be in soon If number 2 is true, I would assume she'd be coming maybe in the next winter or summer wave before the bridge is retired. Of course this is all speculative and I probably know nothing

Harry Potter: books for sure. The first two are the only that really are fully comparable to the books in my opinion. I still love them all but could've been better in parts. I could go on forever about that. Lord of the Rings: this is hard to say. I love the books, I really do. However, they're not exactly enjoyable to read, for me. So I'm inclined to say I enjoy he movies a bit better because they capture just about everything major from the books except for the scouring of the shire. The Hobbit: Jesus, these movies are horse shit. The book is an amazing classic that I love to read. I was, and still am, so very disappointed with how these turn out. I will never watch them again unless it's the fan book cut online, and even then I'm hesitant. Hunger Games: hm....I like the books, but I thought all the movies were pretty great too. Plus the score is amazing! Hard to honestly say. Chronicles of Narnia: confident in saying the movies...honestly I was disappointed when I read the books. They were kinda boring and too childish (I know, I know, they're kids books) but I also found Lewis wasn't particularly very good at describing things. It always felt like he was a minimalist. I also wasn't exactly a fan of the religious symbolism that was shoved down our throats, but to each their own

What's he gonna do, hold it? He doesn't exactly have a bow like his comic book counterpart. They could stick it on the end of the new spiderman piece but it probably won't look good

I mean, yondu shoots an arrow. Not exactly gonna translate well to lego. 100% rather have Mantis than Yondu. Male heroes are a dime a dozen when it comes to Lego. Luckily I'm sure we'll get both.

That hair just doesn't look right on Harry. Was kinda hoping they were updated in some way, but I guess not..

Pretty sure that's what that weird knob on the wall is supposed to be. Perhaps you place it between strange and his cape and he can go up and down or something..

I have zero idea if this can be counted as actual confirmation, but Stan Lee's website posted an article about the new Doctor Strange set and cited the figure as Wong, not the Ancient One.

I saw Song of the Sea. I thought it was fantastic. The animation was just gorgeous and the Celtic influences were really interesting.

It could just be a minion or generic flying evil creature. The other possibility is that (if it's shuma gorath) it was based on concept art and is different in the actual movie
