Alfre Woodard is amazing as Black Mariah! Definitely one of the best villains in the MCU and I like Cottonmouth too. Misty Knight is also great!

We could definitely see the sets mirror elements of the show. I think that's at least a fair assumption based on what we've seen.

Well, yes and no. They may have stopped running them under the name "ultimate" Spider-man, but they're still influenced by the show. This last season, I believe, was Web-Warriors, which is what the bridge battle is of. White Tiger is also in the Doc-Ock set. The designs are definitely more comic based, but the show influence is there.

An interesting bit of news is that Ultimate Spider-man is ending and Marvel instead is making a new Spider-man animated series called simply: Marvel's Spider-man! It debuts sometime in 2017, although this makes me wonder if we'll get any last USM sets in the summer 2017 wave or if they'll switch to sets for the new show? Or maybe no spidey sets at all? I guess it's also possible that they could keep making USM sets even after the show is over. We have had a few Clone Wars sets after the show ended.

I saw the newer Goosebumps movie on Netflix. It wasn't bad and was best when it tried to make fun of the tropes of horror movies, but still fell into several of them.

Glad it's not just me. I'd assume it's so not everyone floods the site at the same time or something. Hopefully that means I don't miss out though since other people can get them already and I can't..

Sets still aren't available to add to cart for me and I'm in U.S...Are they unlocking them regionally or something?

I feel like the Winter waves always have super "meh" builds with good-great figs...and then the summer wave comes and crushes it. I'm not exactly overly impressed by anything we've seen, although I'm interested in high-res photos of Ms. Marvel.

At this point, I think it's a bit off topic. However, once we actually get set names I don't see how officially released information isn't fair game.

I'm not sure the mohawk hair piece would work. Different shape. His GotG2 fin is smooth, not rigid.

All of those figs look so nice! But they forgot a picture of the rebel pilot in the dark blue uniform from the U-Wing!!

It's for the best though. It's so tropey. I'd rather them try to tell more original stories. Plus the princes never ended up even being substantial characters in those old movies. I wish they would do another male-led "prince" movie. Aladdin was great. I saw it at the theater and loved it. I'm planning on buying it. For the record, I hadn't seen the cartoon version since I was a young child.

Yeah I wouldn't necessarily say it's a double standard, but that there arent a ton of minority roles available within the A and B list Marvel/DC Superheroes and even Hollywood in general. So people get upset when you give a minority role to a white actor because it takes away their already lesser opportunities.
