  1. Mmh, yes...more or less you're right But it's OK for my purpose. /Max
  2. Thanks guys, It is disassembled now, but one part it broken, two others are massively deformed. Of course I'm not happy to destroy such a part. Nevertheless I can measure this part now and write it for Ldraw. /Max
  3. Hej, I try to disassemble http://www.bricklink...Item.asp?P=2426 . Does anybody know how to do this? I'm not sure, if it's glued or not... Thanks a lot. /Max
  4. Now, not only the wheels. Look at the yellow angled connectors #4 - it's the only set with this part AND the 1 x 6 thin liftarm, the flex system cable and the flex system hose... I bought a second hand model a couple of weeks ago but it wasn't complete. So I have to wait for the missing parts... /Max
  5. 42005 looks a bit like http://www.brickset....ail/?Set=8261-1 ;-) But it seems to be a bit bigger. /Max
  6. In my eyes you should buy 8880 from your list. I have all of the sets listed and this one is really the best, i think. /Martin
  7. It's an old 4.5 V motor with battery box. Here are the sets with the 24 studs long battery box: link to Bricklink /Max
  8. Nice work. Did you the original Photo by your own? Max
  9. That's true. But I'm not sure about the angle. Maybe it won't work, because one angle is more then 50 degrees, if you use only two joints. Nevertheless, you will have the problem that the ingoing and outgoing rotation speed have not the same value, if you use different angles for both UV-joints (OK this isn't a problem here). Another thing: In the real world the angle don't exceed 20-25 degrees for one UV-joint... Except of this one thing I really like this model. Max
  10. Yes, I know. But try to build this combination of the Universal Joints. It will not work. Just do a simple mechanic thinking: You have 3 Joints and 2 bearings. You can see, that this equation won't have a solution. It will fall to the front or to the back, but it will not stay in this position. Max
  11. Looks great, but I think, that the brushes will not work. Caused by the using of 3 universal joints without any bearing... Max
  12. What if it would be anything where you can use the short side of a 3/4 Pin? I think, this should work... But, nevertheless, I don't know for what it could be needed... Max
  13. Hej, I think I got it in 6-7 hours in a nightshift. ;) Modification with more PF and tooks me about 20 hours :-) Max
  14. Yesterday my parents tried to get one for me, cause I'm in Copenhagen at the moment. That's far away from the next Penny Market it Germany They live in a big town and tried to get it in several stores. Off course, they got one. But the worse thing is, that all Stores in my hometown got only two of this set for selling it. Regards Martin
  15. Mmh, 9 $ for one of them?! I think it's cheaper to buy a LEGO-wire and a 9V battery-clip, like this one: Open the LEGO-Brick, put the battery-clip in and its done. So I think the LEGO-wire is about 4 $, the battery-clip is about 0,40 $ and some minutes of work. Regards Max
  16. Seems, that the problem is "solved" in the link sent by Philo. Martin
  17. I will take a look to it in the afternoon, when I'm back home from work. Regards Max
  18. For the moment I can only deal with the first book as MLCad-file. If anybody want's it, I would send it out. Just write me a message... Martin
  19. Are you looking for something like these: Regards Max
  20. What do you mean with control surfaces? Ruders for controlling the flight? Yes there are now such controls on it. It can only control the angle of the rotors. That's why it is supported by a string. You can see the flight at Second 4. Martin
  21. Why there is one of sticker sheets in you box twice?? In my box I found only one :( Max
  22. Yes, you're right. It lifts up without external help. Martin
  23. I've seen this thing in real, while I was at my "Lego-Dealer." A friend of him built this awesome thing. The rotors are non-LEGO parts. The rest is made with Lego. And yes, it is hanged up with a string. Max
