Happy birthday! Wow. I bet she could sure guarantee a happy birthday.

I agree. For example, I ordered a Doc Ock figure and it had a different head to what I wanted. In short, I wanted one with a smirk not a grimace. (I don't like most of the open mouth heads.) The seller blamed the BrickLink catalog for the error, and assured me if he finds one he will send it on. (I am still waiting.) However, I put positive comments anyway as there are not many good Australian stores. I don't lie in my comments, I just don't mention the bad. For example, if I was not 100% happy about the parts I say "well packed". I have been banned by one store in the past for cancelling an order when he gave me approval to do so. I complained and he un-banned, but it showed me how quick some stores can be to ban. I try to avoid BrickLink as it is not the best way to buy Lego, but some times, for example my recent purchase of small pneumatic pumps, it is the only way.

Well that's a shame. You could have had some cool drinks (not pepsi sorry) with lego-shaped ice cubes courtesy of hinckley39. Ahh well, more for me! Would me making muffins in... ...change your mind?

Don't worry, you are loved here. Can't you feel the love? *wub* *wub* *wub* *wub* *wub* (I won't hold you to your offer; I am not that badly done by!)

skeleton design discussion (new and old)...
Siegfried replied to Brick Miner's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
I love the old ones. I can never have enough of them. (I especially like the old head.) But it looks like the one that I recieved in AquaBase Invasion might be my last... Even so, I plan to buy many of the new castle line as while I prefer the old, I don't hate the new. -
Gee, us poor Australians get nothing free except over priced shipping! :-( I like the ice cube idea (as well as the egg timer, salt shaker...) and plan on buying one the next S@H order that I do. Could you accept it next time and send it to me? :-P ...and I want that one too!

Australia is $60 and $120! Looks like the Bat Tank is off my list now...

Interestingly I just downloaded the instructions for this set from... http://www.br-eng.info/words/index.php/sea...s/?ins_qry=4954 ...and I was surprised that there are no middle floors for the multi-level models. Disappointing, but I still want it!

That's a good idea, a nice MOC, and a lot of battle packs! I will be breaking my (single) battle pack transporter as since I have the MTT now it is redundant. Not sure what I will be doing with mine yet.

Thanks for the excellent review. I am still on the fence with this one. Due to shipping I have been trying to avoid S@H lately, and that is my only way to get this set.

Happy (late) birthday! Please tell me that this is just a picture you found and not someone you know? That photo should be used as diet motivation!

New member here - some pictures/video of my small town.

Well it's bigger than mine! It even has ninjas! Welcome to Eurobricks! -
Thanks for the review. That set is high up on my list; how could it not be with a price like that! (I love the added story.)

Thanks for the review. I was always hoping that Lego would do a better version of this, but it still isn't better enough! Luckily I already have a Darth Maul so this set isn't too compelling.
-
Wow! I have never seen that before. If the Hailfire is like that then I am interested. All those clones; all I want it one...
-
Thats really good. Are you planning on uploading it?

You're trying to make me feel guilty for buying the MTT even though I knew that store was having a sale next week but I wasn't prepared to risk it selling out, aren't you? Your advice is good though.

Photo Review: 852001 Castle Chess Set
Siegfried replied to Starwars4J's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Thanks very much for the review. Still not sure if I want it or not... Love that positivity! :-P It isn't going to happen, but I would love to be wrong. -
They are not released in Australia either but I was just doing a community service. :-P Since I just finished assembling my MTT I can't say I care at the current moment! *wub*

Wow! That is really distintive. I like it.

Indeed. I am a bit jealous; no one said that I was cute.

The Bat-Tank (50)... http://shop.lego.com/Product/Default.aspx?p=7787 ...and Batcopter (30)... http://shop.lego.com/ByTheme/Product.aspx?p=7786&cn=39 ...are avalible for pre-order in the US.

That is interesting. IMHO Episode 2 is the best of the new trilogy by a long shot. I am a huge Boba Fett and Slave 1 fan so it shouldn't be that surprising I suppose. (My movie preference order is 542613.) I especially loved the clones in that one; they were an interesting design blend. The Episode 3 clones are so similar to Stormtroopers they might as well went the whole way. I still don't own any Episode 2 clones...

The Mini Orchestra is here to play a grand song...

Welcome! Another Jack-of-all-lego! (That is one crazy name; any reason for it?) -
I tend to agree but unless it does the whole "Cyberkey Power" thing from Transformers I can't see it making much difference. Time will tell. The photos for this and Dwarf Mining are too small, are bad angles, and could just be prototypes.
