I still think the new cowl will look better in better pictures. And with it we don't just have one new batman expression, we have almost every expression they've ever made now compatible with this new batman cowl. I could be used for Batman beyond with a black head like you've suggested for a shadowed face batman, or with a grey beard/stubble for a Thomas Wayne batman or it could help out stop motion animators and make him much more expressive or it could be used by people swapping out all Thier fleshies for yellow skin. The potential here is huge.

I suppose neither option really makes any sense though.

I mean Maul is dead and though not winning it properly could render Bo and Sabine's claims, Din did win it properly from Gideon who assumably won it off No ( I mean she wouldn't give it up to him would she) though perhaps not honourably but Din won it fair and square and maul is dead and Din protected his claim against a challenge, I consider him the rightful owner by any metric. Stealing of info? Do these people know what leaking is? They might as well shut down the whole subreddit. Leakers share confidential information that is literally what it means.

I still think it's more logical to assume that they are coming just we don't know anything about them yet, rather than assume Lego got an Indy license in time for the new movie but supposedly only have the license for the old movies. Surely if anything lucasfilm would rather they make sets only for the new movie to cross promote it in a way? Okay sure that's not really how it works but still even if nothing comes out I'm sure that perhaps something was meant to. I mean it's not quite the tin foil hattery we get about Lego hating the prequels in the sw thread but still, I'd still reckon they will come. If that is foolishness then so be it, I'd rather be an optimist in my folly.

Is it not mostly the same people? I do think Lego had no obligation or duty to say anything about the specific temple of doom set, it was after all entirely confidential information had had leaked, they went above and beyond my expectations in terms of addressing in, and we are not entitled to any information on it whatso ever. It wasn't TLG who 'promised' you 8 sets after all. And is it not a little too soon to give up on the prospect of something else, anything else coming?

Yeah, I'm not going to judge it at this point, I'll wait till we get a proper look at it. You can't really blame them there.

But her costume from the movie looks awful but her show costume was pretty great .

Lego has been trying to get a tighter grip on leaks, it's not impossible for things to slip under the radar.

I'm still going expect it this year, leakers aren't omniscient they just find out stuff before they are supposed to and sometimes they share that information. Like with the Disney sets, this year would just make a lot more sense.

ATLA isn't an anime. But I'd love Lego Avatar ( not just Aang but Korra too) maybe they could use the new show that's coming as a way to jump start a new Avatar theme, obviously they'd probably have to wait till they were done with the pandora Avatar but I can't imagine that being an evergreen theme, they'll probably cut it off until the next movie. Though for actual anime, the one I'd actually care to see would be a studio Ghibli line, say with a catbus set and a uxs walking castle etc.

No, it's a great movie why tarnish it. Animation isn't just some subpar equivalent that needs updating. Disney wastes enough money on god awful remakes.

If we do see big figs again hopefully they'll of complete redesigned them. Because we know they can do better. Much better.

What if the CMF is DC , like maybe the leakers saw superheroes and assumed marvel?

Maybe the 1083 set is a Mount Tantiss playset, because it does seem like all roads lead to Tantiss in BBS2 and we could get some fun legends Easter eggs hidden in there and maybe a Brickbuilt Zillo. Maybe minifigs for Scorch, Royal guard commandos, Hemlock and Nala Se and Obvs some of the lead characters ( depends on how it all goes down)

Why is she generic? Also I think she's a Native American and thus not from India which is in Asia. The fact of the matter is there are more good choices than there are slots. But I don't think that makes this Kahhori a bad choice, I mean we haven't seen her Episode yet so let's not prejudge the character. And a new character would be better than another Nick Fury or Captain American.

Ah, I have like ten shops that stock it on my way to work and another 5 that are a close walk in the other direction. They have been doing minifigs more and more in the magazine, it used to be mostly builds but IMO most of the time they aren't worth the price of the magazine, which is a trend I like. I'm considering getting a subscription TBH, though maybe not as I can usually find a copy easy enough these days. I do wonder what fig we'll get next, I mean considering cloud city Luke even MBS /UCS figs aren't off the table so Kuill would be incredible but it shouldn't be expected, I'd guess Taun We would be a nice choice from a smaller set.
