  1. He looks like he's wearing the exact same costume throughout the movie. The only difference is that he removes the Avengers logos. This is from the fight in Nigeria at the beginning of the movie. This is from the airport fight later on. If I had to guess why they used the AOU torso? The two look so similar that they probably didn't think anyone would notice. Even here, the first response was someone saying they thought the AOU and CW figures were the same one.
  2. To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if there isn't. There are differences between the two Ant-Man suits, but they still look very similar. Like the constant calls for a more movie-accurate Vision, I really don't think making sure the figure is 100 percent like the movie is a huge priority for Lego.
  3. Nope. He wasn't in it at all. If that's the reason they're refusing to reveal the 4th set (if it even exists) then it's likely not gonna be shown at Toy Fair.
  4. Honestly, there's so much goodness in the Civil War line that I'm not sure what else I'd want.
  5. The scene above was shot in Atlanta, Georgia. So if there are cops in Nigerian police uniforms on set, it's probably because it's supposed to be in Nigeria. That's presumably the scene the Crossbones heist set is (very loosely) based off of.
  6. That's because a bunch of sites erroneously reported it was Wakanda. There are even men in Nigerian police uniforms in the set photos. http://www.wearewaka...rds-right-heres The same thing happened when Age of Ultron trailers were out and a bunch of sites said the Hulkbuster fight in South Africa was in Wakanda. I know she's slated to appear in Avengers Assemble this season, so hopefully she will end up in the Lego line at some point. I may be the only one on the planet who is fine with the Spider-Man fig. It's Spider-Man. He wears practically the same thing in every medium he appears in (unlike characters like Captain America and Iron Man, who change costumes frequently from movie to movie or show to show). It makes sense that they aren't trying to reinvent the wheel with his figure. I know she's slated to appear in Avengers Assemble this season, so hopefully she will end up in the Lego line at some point.
  7. They're also not in "The streets of Wakanda". They're in Nigeria in that scene. Getting back on topic, now that we're getting Captain Marvel, I'm hoping we'll eventually get an Avengers set with Ms. Marvel.
  8. The directors have said Red Hulk is not in the movie. http://www.comicbookresources.com/article/joe-russo-confirms-theres-no-red-hulk-in-captain-america-civil-war
  9. The rumor was already very suspicious. For one, the Russos explicitly said the Red Hulk is NOT in this movie, and we've been told Baron Zemo will not wear a costume. Why would Lego make a minifig of him in his purple costume and mask? Hawkeye's costume is entirely new. Here's his Civil War costume.
  10. Sounds like they might be making stuff up. For one, the creators have said Zemo is going to be completely different from his comic counterpart and won't wear a costume or mask, so the minifig having a purple mask already sounds suspect. And while they could be lying, the film's directors have said Red Hulk is not in the movie.
  11. She's such an obscure character (the alternate universe version of an already not mainstream heroine) that I'm guessing a lot of people straight up didn't recognize who she is, hence all the erroneous reports of her being Spider-Girl or Gwen. Maybe this is a hint she'll show up in Ultimate Spider-Man Season 4? They are doing something with cloning if Kaine is involved, after all. Nice set overall.
  12. That would also explain why Spider-Man is completely absent in all the other merchandise lines for the film thus far.
  13. Strange that they would use the Ben Scarlet Spider when by all account it's Kaine who will be starring in the cartoon this season. That seems to be a common theme across the board though. Most of the toy lines for the movie don't have the full cast. The Funko line is missing Vision, Hawkeye, Spider-Man, and Zemo, the Hasbro line is missing Scarlet Witch, Sharon Carter, Zemo, Ant-Man, and Spider-Man, and the Hot Toys line is missing Spider-Man, Scarlet Witch, Black Panther, and Zemo. Not that there definitely won't be a 4th set, but with a cast this big, someone is inevitably gonna get shafted.
