    Looking at the concept art, they have a similar set-up actually. It looks like the wings aren't actually attached to their arms like in the comics, but have handles for their hands to hold onto and "steer". [ So the same set-up the Falcon mini-fig has might not be wholly inaccurate.

    And they did Coulson under the general Marvel Heroes banner for a reason. There probably isn't much of a rush to actually get the license to the show, so this was a nice compromise.

    Not really, because the situation is beyond the violence. Jessica Jone = That's basically the crux of it. Marvel does not want kids associating those shows with their more family-friendly movies. I'd mentioned it a few months ago but there were interviews with the staff of the Lego Avengers game where they were pretty much told that exactly. They were allowed to do stuff from the movies, Agents of SHIELD and even Agent Carter, but the Netflix shows were absolutely off-limits. That's why I earlier said it's doubtful Marvel would license the Netflix shows to Lego to begin with.

    Their hesitancy is understandable. Beyond the fact that Marvel simply may not want to license out the Netflix shows, it's not like Lego packages come with a "Warning: These characters are only for adults" warning.

    What exactly is well known is highly subjective and debatable to begin with. To a mainstream audience (with many of them being kids) what exactly makes someone like the Leader more recognizable than Super-Adaptoid? They've both had plenty of exposure in TV shows and some games and that's about it. Neither one is really an A-lister. Ditto for Crimson Dynamo. Even with Baron Zemo, his most mainstream incarnation is now one that looks nothing at all comic incarnation. The only one I would really give you is Whiplash, because he was the main villain in one of the Iron Man sequels (and even then that was six years ago now).

    You've just described all the Guardians and pretty much everyone else in that movie prior to their movie debut. Is there rumor of a Shocker minifig?

    I hope it's the green one. I never liked the design they went with in the earlier seasons.

    The Ms. Marvel thing amuses me because when the character was first announced I remember some jerk saying she was never gonna take off and would be regulated to comic limbo in less than a year. If only I had the foresight to make it a wager, I could've made some bank LOL. One more time for the people in the cheap seats! What do you mean?

    Oh I don't doubt Spidey will get more sets. I was just saying I disagreed with the idea that there aren't enough characters/situations in Thor 3 to make multiple sets.

    I was about to just say that. If we're talking action/hero characters then Ragnarok and GOTG Vol. 2 easily have more characters to make figs of than Homecoming. If there is a mini wave for Ragnarok my guesses would be a gladiator type thing with Thor, Hulk, Valkyrie and Grandmaster, and then perhaps something asgard related with Hela, Skurge, Loki, Heimdall, ect.

    There has been virtually no news on IW and nobody has even officially said Spidey is returning yet (he almost certainly will of course) so I have no idea how anyone would know that. As for the chest symbol I wouldn't be surprised if they just reused it. I don't think Lego cares so much about minor screen inaccuracies. Also this would make for a pretty cool GOTG 2 set.

    Since obviously Lego has no aversion to making toys of more recent heroes (as Ms. Marvel or Miles Morales can attest) I can see why someone would think that. That said, the math behind it pretty much makes it pretty much impossible. They only just recently revealed her armor and the character's series hasn't even started. Unless they somehow co-designed the character with Lego to have a kit on shelves to coincide with the launch of her series, there's pretty much no way the company was already putting together a Lego kit for her before it even dropped. Speaking of which I want an All-New Ghost Rider kit down the line.

    Honestly I'll take new characters in general over the same 6 Avengers we've been getting over and over. Kamala's inclusion is awesome.

    Someone else already mentioned Kamala appears on the Avengers Assemble TV show anyway, and Lego has been doing figures for characters from that show for a while. I don't see why she wouldn't be fair game.

    I've never really understood this. Like I said before when someone complained about She-Hulk getting a fig over supposedly more deserving characters, it's not like there's any sort of hierarchy. Marvel probably has thousands of characters and the simple reality is some of them are gonna get made before others and many of them probably won't see Lego form at all.

    I mentioned way earlier (possibly in another thread) but I doubt Lego will make a Defenders set. Those shows are most decidedly not for kids and Marvel seems to want to make sure kids don't think they are.

    Guardians of the Galaxy 2 is also going to be more important to the upcoming Infinity War plot than Spider-Man, so I imagine Marvel will have a pretty huge push for it going forward.

    Looks like we may be getting a gladiator Hulk figure if Lego makes a set for Ragnarok.

    Opposite, actually. She had a human looking appearance for most of her history and then only got the green skin in the 90's Silver Surfer series. Before that she looked like she does on that concept art, just without the bug eyes. Can't wait to see what figs we get for these guys.

    It's not as abnormal as you think. We also got the new Nova, the new White Tiger, Carol Danvers as Captain Marvel, Ultimate Spider-Woman, and now we're getting Red She-Hulk and Red Hulk, all of whom aren't that old. Kamala is set to appear in Avengers Assemble this season so there's a chance she could eventually get a minifig.
