  1. I think the blue looks off. Dark bluish grey or Dark Blue would have make it more 'mature'.
  2. Are there any HD pictures of the Thor sets available? Even though I still don't like the Arena set, I'm a sucker for 'easy' sets to modify and make it a bigger stage, but would like to see some HD pics of the back and more of the walls.
  3. The arms stand out.. And not in a positive way. Otherwise the fig looks great, but I wish they would do something more than just a childish head print.
  4. The R2 lasted here untill the end (29 april - 6 May). But I think it's only EU for the moment as there are no reports on it for the US. Did also order a Keychain for the free polybag :)
  5. Yea as said above: it will probably retire near the end of this year or early next year. It makes sense for them to keep it around with the hype of the movie instead of retiring right before that.
  6. hehehe. The more I look at the Tank, the less it becomes. It's way too blocky.. I'll still get it because of Aayla, but even the other 3 'figs' are meh.
  7. It's available in EU with every SW purchase.
  8. Delta just posted the new Jango Fett. Is the set supposed to be a Toysrus exclusive? Or another shop? We don't have exclusive shop sets here, but do get 20% discount days on the Toysrus website so that would be nice.
  9. Here you go (for the lazy people):
  10. Alright. I'm currently working on my layout for the eventual ATAT display so I thought I would share it you guys. It's 96x96 studs and should be able to display at least 2 (3 is possible, but I thing that would be overkill as it isn't that much of a display space. The gap is going to be a Rebel Trench. I'll talk about everything later when I have more time, but you should get the idea. :)
  11. Side question: I would like to start watching some of the Ninjago shows, but since there are multiple seasons: what is the most efficient way to start? Is there a season where I can start without missing too much or should I just start from the start (season 1)?
  12. Just a thought, nothing confirmed. But seeing these prices compared to years before it makes you wonder why the last waves are so expensive (this wave, the red hulk wave, TLBM) especially since the sets are so mediocre.
  13. €25 is like 27-28 dollar if you translate those prices. And those are German prices, most countries get a €5 raise on those prices so €30 (32-33$). it's funny to see people from the USA complain about 20 dollar sets (€19) while they are at least $27 if you take the German prices. The superhero sets for this summer are overpriced, but for all we know they have to pay a higher license fee since 01-01-17 or something like that.
  14. Ah finally. The Destiny Bounty will probably be the first Ninjago set I'll buy. It looks really good and even better in person. The dragon mech looked really cool when I saw it before, but looking at the picture it looks a little dull. As for the villians: I don't really mind them. You all have seen the Batman movie sets where the villians (and other figs) were outstanding, but most sets lacked detail and/or a good build. These sets looks so much better and you still get a lot of figs (and better pricing but that has to do with the license of course).
  15. Right. I'm pretty sure that's the reason.
  16. They haven't been accepting already licensed ideas for a long time, but it was never 'official'. That's the reason the official idea didn't get accepted. If they were to make a council like this it has to be an UCS set as this build used more than 2200 pieces and has 15 minifigs.
  17. R3-M2 is the Promo for 7-31 May with SW purchases (probably €65+). http://zusammengebaut.com/lego-star-wars-r3-m2-ab-7-mai-als-kostenlose-beigabe-25507/
  18. Hoth sells. It are sets based on the best SW movie and are recognizable for everyone (even if you don't really know SW you know the 'Snow battle scenes'). We still haven't got a price in €/$ on the Obi Wan Starfighter set, except for the translated price from Malesia, right?
  19. I don't know, but it seems to me that TLG thought that those Parademons from BvS looked too agressive / not kid friendly. And decided to go for the more kid friendly ones from the Animated movies / comics. To be fair, I think they look cool and don't mind if they aren't based on the ones in the movies. As long as you can identify them as Parademons which appeared in a movie/comic/tvseries etc.
  20. Yea those brickbuild figs look really bad if you ask me. They should make normal figs with suits (like Rhino in the Marvel set, but then better) for things like this. Then you get the result you want as TLG (a brickbuild figure) and the consumers get a minifigure they can use if the result of the brick built figs looks like Steppenwolf/Groot/Sentinal or even Ares. But kids will probably not care.
  21. Isn't it the same as in the BvS set 76044? Those Atlantean guards, Aquaman, Flash and Parademons look great, but the rest looks like repeats and/or very slightly updated figs to me. Seems kinda lazy (just as the legs on Superman). It's cool we get Sand Green bricks in a small set, but it's all so small (battle pack build).
  22. Ugh. These look like upgraded 'Thor like' sets. They are okayish at best, figs look good tho. The flying fox is Red Skull Submarine 2.0, the Crawler looks like nothing and I guess the Atlantis set is good for what you get, but it seems like an expensive battle pack to me..
