  1. I was hyped for the 2 Thor sets, but they were really disappointing so can't say I'm hyped about these rumours, but I hope they suprise me.
  2. That trailer is one of the best they released so far. Looks really cool. I recall seeing only Infinity War sets *confirmed* but I wouldn't see why they shouldn't do at least one for this movie as well or at least I hope.
  3. Bleh. Still don't know whether I should Start investing in this 'theme' or just let it be. It would conflict with my Star Wars only collection, but these sets look so good.
  4. I also think they look better than the 'originals' but I don't watch the show so I don't really care either.
  5. The Flash fig is growing on me, but it's such a shame they didn't give him proper arm printing.
  6. He made that himself and posted updates on the progress of making the boxart.
  7. I think those BrickHeadz boxes look really cool, so I'll probably keep them in the box. The real question is: Do I buy every Brickheadz and collect them all or just the SW ones hmmmm.
  8. Brickset just posted pictures on their social media and a Dutch source posted box art + information. The Old Fishing Store officially opens its doors for business on the 1st of September, 2017 for a recommended retail price of USD 149.99 / EURO 149.99 / GBP 139.99. Weighing in at 2,049 LEGO bricks, this store will have plenty of space to stock all the fishing gear you need. Here is the official description: Find all the gear you need for a fantastic fishing trip at the Old Fishing Store! Walk up the steps from the beach into the shop selling fishing rods, hooks, harpoons, diving equipment, oxygen tanks and much more. Climb the ladder to the top of the watchtower and look through the telescope to enjoy the view. Then relax and read the newspaper in the office. Just make sure the cat or seagulls don’t eat the freshly caught fish hanging outside! The Old Fishing Store is ideal for display and role-play, this model has 2 removable roofs, an opening back wall in the shop for easy access, 4 minifigures, cat and 3 seagull figures, as well as loads of other cool details and elements to fire up the imagination. Inspired by a personal passion Inspiration for LEGO Ideas projects often come from a very personal place, and Robert’s inspiration to build his Old Fishing Store certainly is no different from this observation. It’s that passion for something familiar that truly shines throughout his set and can be noticed in all the details. Robert elaborates on where this inspiration came from – “Fishing has always been my hobby. From fishing in the Caribbean, where I lived for a while, to fishing in Holland. So you could say that my interest in fishing and my job as an architectural draughtsman came together in this model“. He adds that “inspiration is very important, so was finding a theme that could help develop the model. I got my initial inspiration from the LEGO Christmas houses and sea villages. I started by doing some sketching on paper, then created a mood board to determine the details and color schemes. Especially the use of the right colors was important in my design“. When Robert’s Old Fishing Store was approved for production in the fall of 2016, LEGO designer Adam Grabowski took over the project “to make sure that the model lived up to LEGO quality“. It is often a challenging job to respect someone else’s design whilst altering it to fit LEGO guidelines, but Adam says he “tried to stay very true to the original design. That’s what got 10,000 votes and is what the people want. I didn’t want to change much of the original look and there was no reason to do so“. Adam puts on the hat of an AFOL and adds, “it was great to be able to bring back certain elements like the seagull, and use others like the lobster, that were only previously available in other sets”. http://www.bouwsteentjes.info/lego-ideas-21310-old-fishing-store-onthuld/
  9. I know these aren't Superhero sets, but they are DC so I'll post them here. I really don't like the look of these Clone Wars like minifigures, but who am I to judge.
  10. Alot actually. you get 12 bags (4x 1, 2 and 3) and only used 8 + the tree parts. So I still have all have 2 times the bunkerparts bag + some spares from the second set as I didn't use all of them for the extension of the bunker, some parts out of bag 2 (the slide out feature parts) and 2 full bags of bag 3 (minus the trees) with the sides of the bunker. Don't know how many that are, but it should give you an idea :p
  11. Didn't we got the Thanos and Wonder Woman MM sets early last year and got the others a few months later? Information/pictures that is.
  12. Yes, but don't know when haha. I need to find some inspiration to start with that.
  13. There are more themes missing: DC, Minecraft and Duplo (probably more but these caught my eye). So I wouldn't be afraid that the Summer wave isn't coming, but if you are a fan of the theme than you won't be happy when it's most likely discontinued after that wave.
  14. Isn't that because of the fact that the US get the sets in August instead of June? They also don't feature the Ninjago Movie (only Ninjago). If I recall correctly the EU catalog that was leaked did have the Nexo Knight sets.
