    Ohhh sorry my brain batteries died. For some reason I thought you were talking about Mulan. Yeah, I think it's likely the piece will be reused, though I'm not sure if they did the same with Ursula. I really, really hope we get a new Jasmine in the summer, but that will depend on when the new Aladdin movie comes out, I guess. So Pocahontas or Tiana maybe? Or a small Frozen set that has both sisters and doesn't suck? :) It just occured to me, if I see pics of minidoll Pocahontas from the Toy Fair my reaction will likely be a loud squeeee.

    I feel the same way about the fox. Luckily I didn't buy the fire dragon, and the lion looks smaller and imho better. I didn't like the big fat long legs on the wind and fire dragons. I might buy the lion, attach Zorya's wings, and make a chimera :D

    For me Aira's set is #1. a wind dragon with smaller build, to match the Water and Earth dragons I already have (I might exchange the wings but not sure yet), and finally a good looking building in Elvish style! And that lion! Can't wait to see official pics or photos from Toy Fair. The fox may be good or bad depending on how it looks with the "confidential" stamp removed and photographed in some better pose.

    The green thing is a fox. I wish they went for a different color scheme :/ It looks too similar to Thorne. Dark green would have been great, mixed with some brown or tan maybe.

    I passed on Fire and Wind dragons because I wanted them the same size as the smaller ones. Now I have a smaller Wind drake, a pretty building ( I have almost no buildings wtf!) and a Fire tiger that is similar enough in build to the dragons that I can display them together. I'm still fighting myself on the tower set. I love everything Earth and Farran but the fox would be like getting a second Thorne. The tower itself looks cool, I hope if there is a summer wave there will be more giant mushrooms in a smaller set (Just as I liked the monster plants in goblin village and then they reappeared in summer) I am very interested in those new leaf pieces on the fox and Farran's shield. They have a bright future ahead of them.

    I saw the leaks thanks to the almighty @Lordofdragonss ! (as usual, PM for free hugs) There are five sets total, and the theme is elemental beasts vs. little things that look like bats. (And one shadow elf lady) Smallest set is Emily on a white/gold eagle + small bit of Halloween style terrain + a batgoblin chasing her on a small flyer. Emily holds a book. Next biggest one is Naida + a bit of water terrain + a big blue turtle (with Friends baby turtle in pale blue) + batgoblin on a small flyer. Naida holds some kind of wand. Aira gets a small wyvern that seems to reuse Gust's head. There's also a new female wind elf and an interesting elven-style building. batgoblin + flyer that looks a tiny airship (adorable!) Aira holds a bow and the new elf, a torch with wind blowing from it (this year's swirly piece in trans light blue (?)) Azari GETS A FIERY TIGER YO + two batgoblins with some machine on wheels to capture the tiger, and a tiny bit of terrain with a spiderweb. Azari holds a hammer. Biggest set: evil tower with lots of black, some dark teal color and yellow (might be fluo green) there are mushrooms sprouting from the sides which reminds me of World of Warcraft's Zangarmarsh. The set also has Farran riding a large green fox and holding a shield with earth symbol. Female Dark Elf antagonist + 2 batgoblins. All sets have new head molds for the animals, except wind beast which used old dragon head and Emily's eagle which is all brickbuilt.

    I suspect (and secretly hope) that showing the mermaids as early as 1st episode may be a hint about the next wave... They could make it about meeting the Water Sister and then the Fire sister in the summer wave, then having all three surviving sisters (including Skyra) save Cronan's mom.

    Sadly, Palace Pets sets don't work that way. You might get Blossom for Mulan but not the actual pet that was in her movie. Yes, I know it makes no sense :) The sets are a nice cheap way to get cute animals and fantasy parts but they take up slots for real DP sets in the catalogue, so I'm not sure if I should like them or not....

    If you want to squeeze it inside the Harliga dome then why not ditch the front yard and add some garden area in the back so the base becomes round?

    Can you even stick a figure onto a Friends pony? And yeah, this is the reason I wanted Tiana or Poca and didn't care for Mulan - 100% guarantee that as part of DP franchise she'd be wearing a dress and not armor. Not that I'm not a fan of pretty dresses - I drooled over the 2015 Cinderella movie. But Mulan dressing up as a guy and going to war is LITERALLY the plot of her movie and it's just dumb to not include the most iconic outfit.

    It's small and displayable. I like it. Not sure how I feel about the yellow dress, I can't remember if it's movie accurate but I'd prefer pale pink with cherry blossoms as the leaked pic suggested. (That was very low-res and blurry though, my brain may have interpreted it that way) I will be definitely getting Aurora's castle and modding it to be covered in thorns and maybe a spider web. Not sure yet which color of thorns would be the best choice. They come in 3 shades of green, reddish brown, red, black..... edit: if they keep the earth blue rooftops then earth blue thorns would fit great. yay

    PM me for...... free hugs. ;) As for the sets themselves, Mulan is only interesting for the minidoll. Can't see if Mushu is included, but there's a black pony?. I am getting the Aurora set (mostly for figs and MALEFICENT), possibly the ship too but still undecided. They included Sebastian and a random puppy, but can't see Flounder. I hope a new Aurora minidoll lowers the previous one's price a bit :/ IDGAF about Elsa and for Cindy I'd rather get the carriage than the castle, but it looks nice. I like that they're using a more toned-down palette. Aurora castle is still the pinkest pink that ever pinked, but both castles are using dark blue for rooftops.

    I'd consider adding some curve pieces to make it look less minecrafty.

    Wes Talbott designs the Elves sets and he seems to have a backgound in illustration so it's possible he might be making the art as well.

    Thanks for the heads-up. I just bought Snow White yesterday but haven't opened yet. Was thinking I might do another display with DP sets, but the only set I really like is the newest Cinderella carriage (and maybe Moana's boat but she's technically not a DP?) All of the castles are meh. I suspect we might get yet another Cindy castle for 2018 as the last one is 4 years old. Personally, I'd prefer one with Aurora & Maleficent, now that they've started doing non-main characters, but if they get stuck in a medium sized set I'll be OK with that. Mulan might show up because of upcoming movie, though I personally care for her the least (Poca & Tiana sets need to happen...badly)
