Hello! A great figthter plane! I hope you will add the extra fuel tanks and some missiles beneath the wings. This will give it a real menacing look. Cheers, ~ Christopher

Hello! That's really a great source for many nice building techniques! I like a pretty simple piece best, however. The use of the 1x2 tile with handle as a windscreen is the perfect choice here! Cheers, ~ Christopher

Hello! I wouldn't say that blurriness is the real problem here. It's the lack of light. Don't you have a bright halogen lamp handy? Or maybe use your camera's flashlight. The images are so dark that you can hardly see anything. Thank you, ~ Christopher

Hello! The tow truck version is my favourite. The colour is perfect for such a vehicle, and the cargo area is optimal for the crane. For use as normal pick-up truck it's not really suitable I think. The cargo compartment is much too small. You can't pick up much. Cheers, ~ Christopher

Hello! A very unusual but interesting design. Maybe you can add some little details that work as vestige to even strengthen its origins. You could for example change the trans-green dish and cone on the left wing with trans red one, to resemble old signa lights, as a kind of "Easter-Egg". Or maybe you can exchange the trans-blue 2x2 dish in the front with a rrigonal technic hub and three trans-blue cones attached on it. This would resemble the remainings of a former propeller. Another vestige of "Evolution". Cheers, ~ Christopher

Infinite Space. Infinite Terror. Event Horizon.

Hello everybody, and thank you again for your interest and compliments. I might build a mini Lewis & Clark at some point, but the last time I tried my skills in minifigure, or as I call it, system-scale, I completely failed. So, I'll probably stay with what I can best. Cheers, ~ Christopher -
Hello, and thank you both of you. I am not (yet) familiar with that series, but might be one day. Then I'll gladly post again in this forum. Indeed, objects from this recent movie might me miniaturized as soon as the DVD comes out, so I can have a closer look at the quite greebly looking mothership there. Cheers, ~ Christopher

Hello! Those technic bricks with hole and dual liftarm extensions right under the loading area work perfectly where you placed them. Cheers, ~ Christopher

Hello! My first impression when I saw this was "What a nice holiday speeder". With those nicely large panorama windows, the curved design and its width it looks like a very comfortable luxury cruiser. The interior of course tells a different story ocne you see the troopers and the weapons rack. My favourite details are the old-styled space engines at the front of it. Cheers, ~ Christopher

Well, as we clearly can see: The Empire Striked Back. I have to admit, that it's quite hard to spot the very few drops of blood (if any at all) in the original trilogy movies. The background looks pretty empty. Maybe you could place an AT-AT or AT-ST in the far background which would appear as more blurry silhouette on the background to give a nice effect of distance. Cheers, ~ Christopher

Hello, and thank you once more for your interest in these models and your compliments. I am now pretty motivated to carry on building this week-end. But you can't force it. Inspiration comes spontaneously. I'll do my best. See you soon, ~ Christopher

Hello! It looks like a speedy car indeed! The grille slopes work out nicely here. Only the side mirrors look a bit unfinsihed. Have you had a look at it when attaching a flat silver or pearl silver or similar 1x1 round plate? It might look more authentic. Cheers, ~ Christopher

Hello! The sliding down mechanism of the ramp with the technic brick and the axles is reall nice! And it works very well. Cheers, ~ Christopher

Hello and thank you for the comment! I have to agree with you here. Many genre movies have such elements. Maybe this is to break out from the expected plot? But I even expect exactly these elements in a new movie. For the most part I find these rather disturbing, however. Cheers, ~ Christopher

Hello! Really very nice spaceship you're showing here! I especially like the engine section and the back fin which is made of the two tail pieces. Well done! Cheers, ~ Christopher

The Medieval Bowling by New LEGO games

Hello! This little creation really makes one smiling. The cave where the poor microfigures are standing with it's scary eyes and teeth are in contrast to the humor provided by scene setting. Very creative thinking. Cheers, ~ Christopher -
Hello! There are curved elements everywhere here. Which I find fascinating. Particularly nice are the 3x3 corner plates for the front of the vehicle. That's quite unusual but works very well here! Cheers, ~ Christopher

Hello! One of my building collegues and friends Reto Geiger has created a template for UCS models. You can access it here: UCS model sticker template The graphic is large enough for a high quality printout. You can see how it looks like in real when looking at some of his UCS models. For example: UCS Desert Skiff with custom UCS sticker UCS E-Wing with custom UCS sticker UCS Z-95 Headhunter with custom UCS sticker All the best and good luck! ~ Christopher

Hello and welcome to these fine forums! Your speeder is pretty good, having many nice details like the lightsabre hilts in the engines and the rear. I also lik the use of the 1x1 tooth plates which are great pieces but not seen that often. As athird point, the flexible landing gear with old-sytle hinges and skis is great! See you around, ~ Christopher

A World Lost to Nature - Tyrannosaurus Attack

Hello! Wonderfully built! Those trailers are great. The broken glass pieces look very authentic. I also am fond of the simply 2x2 trans clear slopes on the roof. I am a real fan of these. Also the story you're retelling is nice. Maybe you could add a few close-up images between the text, like a screaming minifig at the relating scene, or a shot through a window seeing the scaring T-Rex. Cheers, ~ Christopher -
Hello! Now this is a really massive starship! Its dimensions are impressive as is that huge main gun turret. It looks like on a Navy battleship. Your cockpit construction is very interesting and reminds me a bit of an old police station of the city theme. But you used the elements cleverly so that everything is nicely closed. And what is really good here is the detailed interior of the ship. You provided many pictures so that we almost see every corner of the ship. Very well done! ~ Christopher

Hello! I like the black stealth-like starship! The long glass roof is really a nice touch. And also the support pillars as guns suit the vessel very well. Cheers, ~ Christopher

Hello everybody! I am flattered about all those nice comments! Thank you! So, what is next? I have plenty of new unpublished ships from the original trilogy and expanded universe. I can reveal them here togeter in sets with others as shown here, or I can do presentations with the new exclusive one only. Anyway what is preferred more, there definitely will be more original trilogy and expanded universe in the future. But this does not mean, there won't be some more of the prequels, as there are still some gaps in my list. Thank you all for your interest! Don't be sad. There are many hundreds of vessels in the Star Wars Galaxy. It's a life task that is still going on. Oops! I am sorry. Corrected that now. Thank you for the heads-up. Well, thank you, I feel honoured! However it gets clear from the guidelines forum that asking for a favor usually results in the exact opposite. Hence I'll simply continue with what I am doing: Sharing creations with the community and pointing out unusual building techniques and tricks for small-scaled designs. Hope to see you all soon! ~ Christopher

Hello! I like this version very much because it shows that you can also create an accurate shape without those large unoriginal curved wedges and slopes. Good old plates often do the same job. Cheers, ~ Christopher

Hello! If you followed KimT's link above you would have seen that they're also available on BrickLink, although very expensive. Cheers, ~ Christopher
