Excellent details, I love the closet! The two goth girls gave me a creeped out vibe though, lol... All told, it's an awesome modular addition.

That makes sense. There are quite a few I am not interested in, but I have a hankering to get as many superhero minifigs as I can. The issue is some of the older stuff is so ridiculously expensive that I can't imaging being able to justify it. I'll spend $15 - $20 on a fig if I know it's a rare one and I like it, but some of them are plain inflated. -

I'm really torn as to whether or not I want to order customs to replicate the SDCC originals or not. I am not sure I should include them with my collection or just acknowledge that they are out of my price range and leave my collection incomplete. Pardon me for being a newb but who is this and where can I find one? -

Anyone think Ant man will see a reduction in price at all? I really want that set but it's ridiculous how expensive it's gotten. -

I dream of the day I get to the point where I buying things as they come out. I have quite a few expensive(and getting worse daily) figs to pic up. Problem is I also like Modulars and the City themes, and it's hard to split my money! -

I've been focusing mainly on Marvel figs, mostly because I like them more, but also because I'm dead afraid of the cost of getting all the Batman figs! -

I'm working on it! Every time I get around to taking a picture, I don't get it posted fast enough because another fig arrives that isn't in it! I will post my most recent shot soon, it's only missing one or two new figs. Wait, I just ordered another, so it's missing three! -

My son bought me that set for Christmas. It's a neat little set, the shield vehicle is actually pretty cool. I like the Carnage minifig too, really cool looking. -

It's just harmless buzz, but I see how it can be unproductive. Speculation can only take you so far before you do rinse and repeat. I'm fortunate that I'm new to the hobby so I have plenty of existing minifigs to look for while I wait. -

Man o man I'm excited for this set! I think a new hawkeye is tops, can't wait for that one. -
All my stuff will go to my son, no matter how old he is. He can do with it what he will, because it doesn't really matter. I will hopefully have a pretty near complete superhero collection(I'll never have some of them, SDCC exclusives and toy fair figs are inflated and ridiculous), and he can sell it off if he wants. I'd like to think he'd keep it in honor of me though.

Marvel Superheroes 2016 Rumors And Discussion

Not a big fan of April fools at all. I'm one that's pretty excited about Superheroes sets in general, and being as new as I am to the hobby it's frustrating when "jokes" are told that fool me even for a second. I'm also not a big fan of increasing my post count just for the sake of doing so. I have over 8,000 posts on the other forum I frequent, and there are tons of people who post pointless crap(like one word posts) to increase their post counts. So annoying. Anyways, back to the discussion, I agree that another Scarlet witch wouldn't be something I'd want in the 4th Civil war set, but I sure do like the one we already got. -
Well that's a relief, at least someone else has a Cap with the hollow head.

I recently purchased all three minifigs that come with 6865 Captain America's Avenging cycle, through bricklink. I noticed that my Captain and Alien foot soldier came with a hollow studded head and the foot soldiers head looks a bit more, uh, swirly, than the General. And the General's head is recessed stud like all the new minifigs. Can anyone with this set check their figs and see if this is normal? Or did I get screwed?

Excellent!! One of my favorite things to do is browse this forum looking at MOC's like yours, thanks!!!

Wow that is an odd thing, both heads and head pieces missing! I just got this set and I think the Flash's helmet is the coolest I have in my collection. I've only had two sets that had missing pieces, one was the AoU Hydra fortress smash, that one had a few missing slopes and bricks, and my Iron skull sub attack is missing one of the fin pieces. Lego sent me replacements but it took forever to get here.

I'd love to build that! It reminds me of a Castle set I had around 1990 or so, I'm pretty sure that was my first set.

Do you know how many LEGO do you have?
Mercury replied to SrChuck's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I don't have an actual piece count for my Lego, I only track the figs. I was looking at brickset today, and including everything I have 111 figs and 39 sets. Some of those sets are polybags or CMF, so that's a bit skewed. I also tend to give my son vehicles and stuff I don't care for, like the latest batbike from the Gotham city chase set. I kept Harley Quinn's bike but only because it's hers. Pretty much any structure or ground vehicle from my Superhero sets gets parted out and sorted into the brick collection for future MOC's. The only thing I keep built or separated at this point is the Aircraft/spacecraft from Superhero sets. I dig those. So being that I don't keep everything from all the sets, a true piece count is impossible. Which is good considering it's hard enough to explain the Minifig count to the wife, let alone a staggering piece count. I would say right now, including those sets on brickset and PAB orders I'm sitting at around 5,000 pieces give or take a few hundred. I only came out of my dark ages in November, this hobby hits you hard! -

Nice collection! I really need to get myself a case for mine. My superhero collection is 70 strong now, and I have nearly 30 random figs from CMF series and such. I don't have room! -

I really need to pick up the Brainiac attack set so I can get the Martian Manhunter. That's one I'm missing so far. Awesome pics! -
My son asked for the Jurassic world Indominus Rex breakout set for his birthday last fall. I built it for him, and decided it was time. I had planned on taking it easy, but after buying the Iron Man Vs Ultron set at walmart, I decided I needed all the minifigures from that series, and now I have around 100 minifigures.

Me too! Iron Man/War Machine has become my minifig obsession. I have nearly every one that's out. The only Iron man I'm missing is the Toy Fair exclusive, and I'll never have that one. I have all War Machine variants and the Iron patriot.
