Thanks for all the nice words. The roof is simply snotted with LBG bricks and different slopes are used to come as close to the walls as possible. The gaps (not larger than one stud) are then covered with 2x2 tan tiles. On the outer wall where you have to cover the gaps on the inner side of the circle, every second brick is covered with a 2x2 tan tile and in between it's a LBG 2x3 tile with 1x2 plates on each side, to make it go over the tan tiles and cover all the gaps… complicated? Not at all :) I'm visiting two exhibitions in the next month and I'll try to upload some better and more images. I'll also take pictures when I tear the thing down of how the roof is made. And the MOC also has the other side with a vaporator and some Jawas, but it is not finished yet. A quick calculation tells that for this build just a little over 800 1x2 tan bricks were used, which means I have enough for the whole thing, which is planned for the not so near future! :D

Thanks, glad you appreciate it! Yes the curve is just 1x2 bricks under a little stress. I did a formula in excel to calculate the radius of the circle with a scope of x studs where x is 2 studs times number of bricks. I then checked where the radius is closest to a whole number and it was 132 bricks. Radius was 42 studs. So this quarter of a hangar is 42 x 42 studs and uses 33 bricks in the second row. I then figured that adding 15 studs to the diameter and 11 bricks to the quarter of the circle is also a nice fit on the studs on the ground, which is the outer wall of the hangar ...

Yaaaaay, can't wait what @Skalldyr comes up with! Please don't wait for the last week. Looking foward to finally build something - and not forget it at home ...

@Lord Buckethead I guess the size of the build does not matter. Though it will be taken into consideration when judging, I guess the outcome (your score) would be the same if you submit four small builds in one thread or each in it's own. @Professor Thaum controlling systems with no planets should be possible by acquiring 50XP by building spaceships, space stations or satellites in those systems. And then you get access to all neighbor systems. If I'm mistaken, gamemasters please correct me.
