It's the standard LEGO Technic Orange. So yes, the same as the Arctic Truck. I'm quite happy about it :-)

I've got the Suspicion LEGO might actually try to build a clock. The new Type-3 turntable has got 60 teeth instead of the traditional 56. This eliminates 7 as a prime factor and thereby the need to use the old 14-teeth bevel gear to get any wanted arbitrary gear ratios, as needed in a clock. Even if TLG doesn't release one, that's quite convenient
