This set is tremendously great value for NINJAGO fans. It's totally spoiling the market with all minifigures having very detailed printing -- front, back, and sides -- makes me wonder why we can't have this much printing in regular series when TLG can practically give this away for free for promotions. Anyway, great review @kaelthas and thanks for the tag as well.

Thank you WhiteFang for this review! Good thing you didn't waste time breaking apart the parts because, just by looking at them, it's very straight forward what parts are included in the blind bag. It's also funny how a blindbag like this can be so difficult to feel and at the same time I have no interest to collect at all... that will make my 100% success hit rate in feeling blind bags intact. But then again, these are not CMF so I like to hear how successful people are in getting all Unikitties and Puppycorns without buying a box. Btw, you made my day on this newly coined term "BAS"

I think it will be a good indicator once the fiscal year is over so that TLG can assess how the whole new Harry Potter theme is performing. At this point, it's very premature to even conclude that Harry Potter is a massive success, and that it warrants another series. I was surprised that I liked it so much simply because of the new animal moulds -- but beyond that, they are decent. Some would argue they are great -- so it would a missed opportunity for collectors and fans alike if TLG decline a follow-up.

I am so confused with Nya's main colour at this point. Is she really grey/gunmetal, dark red, dark azure? The masks look cool. As for the suit, I can see some inspiration from the DX suits.

When I viewed the 1st half 2018 earnings report, I was stunned when I didn't find Star Wars and City -- but then NINJAGO is high there. Great times to be a NINJAGO fan!

The comlink headset isn't particularly elegant.. I wish the secondary face of Anakin doesn't have the comlink headset but it's still good to have 2 face prints. I think by now there isn't much to improve on R2-D2 so it's fine if the same R2 version is used. As for the build itself, nothing remarkable. Like you said in the summary, if this is the first Jedi Starfighter someone is buying, it is not bad at all. I welcome the rerelease of other Delta 7B Aethersprite class light interceptor, but do hope it's not going to be full rehash. I see some minor improvement in this version of Anakin's Jedi Starfighter so I think that's fair enough.

Very nostalgic. So TLG, please give Classic Space and Castle a fighting chance once more.

There's no Willrow Hood “Ice Cream Maker Guy” minifigure?

Lando's cape looks fantastic. Probably the best Han Solo also with all the dual moulding and side printings. Leia's skirt looks awesome. The minifigures make this set... can't say the same for the build though. It could have been better.

Is the source of HP stuff the same as the SW listing? I am actually excited with the SW stuff because it's very promising. From new Praetorian Guard helmet moulds to Zuckuss.... somehow it's too good to be true.

Hopefully we'll see Moe and Sideshow Bob if it ever happens.

I feel old for not being able to keep up with the latest game trends. Perhaps this is TLG's way of trying to be relevant with the video game folks. I don't mind it overtaking Nexo Knights. I really don't mind at all. Yessss! :)
