  1. We seem to be very close to the end of the day with a few votes not cast. Since he's already on my list (for the reasons I stated peviously) and we are at 10 votes (by my count, though I'm just a fool), and last of all because finally having a lynch will give us more info tomorrow than having nothing... Unvote: Naemr Sledgehammer (Captain Nemo) Vote: Petr Half-Troll (Piratedave84)
  2. Well, my list of suspicions is pretty short so far, but day one is always so confusing and fruitless for the most part. So everyone is a suspect, but here's my most suspected list so far. Naemr - Started off defending against nothing, lots of talk but it all seemed to be focused on previous incarnations and not about what's going on now, really no substance but kept replying to everything in a defensive manor even when not truly under any scrutiny (at least not as far as I could tell). Feeling as though one is always on the defense is often a sign. Petr - Started off going on about roleplaying and then commenting about intro events, acting strange but then saying it was all some sort of trap for the servants or just to try and get reactions. It's often a good call when being called out for saying strange things/acting scummy to claim that it's all a trick done on purpose to guage reactions. It's really a toss up between these two for me, but Naemr was first on my radar so I'll go with him for now. Vote: Naemr Sledgehammer (Captain Nemo) The one thing that troubles me is that the last summary of votes is quite a while ago, and at that time nobody voted for Naemr which seems odd to me. Could I be completely wrong here? There is still some time, less for me because I can't be around for about an hour or so, but still some time to look back over things again. The 24hr mark was at 2:30p and it's ~ 12:30p now, or am I off? Time is a fickle beast it seems. Maybe we only have 8 minutes left...sometimes the time i see and the time i live in are an hour different
  3. Purple!?!?! *saves money for dragon wings*
  4. That's not what I said at all. I won't jump on any bandwagons, I make up my own mind and post my reasoning, as always. Didn't realize I should do it on your schedule.
  5. What a long few days, I've been able to keep up with most of the conversation though unable to say anything myself until now. Now I'm looking at the voting pattern so far (not much to go on, as we know day one is), and it sorta feels like a bandwagon forming already. I'm not saying Mist is innocent or not, I haven't decided for myself yet, but just thought I'd mention my current observation though it isn't much. Honestly I can't really say anyone has particularly "pinged" me so far. Still 32ish hours left as I write this, and I'm still trying to figure out who might be a Servant of Loki, but I'm confident that at least one will slip up soon.
  6. Yep, glad I"m not a store security guard today!

  8. This is very nice, if I were to build one I think I'd go with the natural color plus LED lighting. I bet it looks amazing and impressive in real life and keeps everything accessable but safe. I'm thinking if you router a tight enough groove for the plates they wouldn't need to be ruined glued down and colors could be played with. I'd love something like this for my CMF series figs with color coded plates Awesome work.
  9. How did I get here? Seems big and empty in here. I'm bored. *starts juggling plates*
  10. Thanks! It's been a while *cough* I mean, you passed the test!
  11. Cinna enters the marketplace, it looks the same as she remembered. Heroes and would-be heroes running back and forth between stalls, trying to find the best deal for thier coin. Glad to see she hadn't missed another visit from Elphaba, Cinna heads over to the wagon. Elphaba is busy rubbing the counter with some sort of paste, she has a sour look on her face, and as Cinna walks up she puts on a smile to greet the proprietor. "Good day, Elphaba! It's good to see you back in the market." Elphaba looks up and tries to hide the frustration. "It was a good day, but now I've had to waste time and money mending this counter." "What happened?" Cinna looks at the counter, which has already been repaired and polished now, and then back to Elphaba. "Drake happened." "Ah...yes, he does a number at the Hall as well. I don't know how that Johon fella can put up with it." "It's a risk I take coming here, but it can be worth it in the end. How can I help you today, is there something here you'd like to take a closer look at?" Cinna smiles. "As a matter of fact, yes. I'd like to purchase two Pumpkin Bombs and I have here three Bones to sell." Elphaba sets two Pumpkin Bombs on the counter as Cinna sets the three bones and Gold Statuette and 55 gold on the counter. Cinna collects the bombs and stores them in her pack. "Have a great rest of your visit, Elphaba. I'll see you around next time.", she smiles to Elphaba and heads away from the stall. (gold tally: 144+5+5+5+50-120=89)
  12. She tried ignoring it, covering her ears, humming a tune to herself, but nothing covered up the noise of the Hall. With a sigh, Cinna heads to the door. She stops to check the quest board first and make sure her name was still marked on Quest 90, then heads out toward the marketplace. Perhaps the marketplace will be less chaotic than the Hall, at least nobody will be kicking down doors for no reason.
  13. Sounds delicious! Here piggy piggy piggy!
  14. [pid][/pid] 239D It's possible none of us has seen this before, and it's about time we do. Though it is a bit old, it's still a wonderful build. Lego Kocka has posted this moc on Facebook a while ago, but it deserves some attention here for some great timeless techniques and an overall neat and clean build. [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]
  15. I like this game. Lots of excitement and crying, but no fighting. It is very calming.
  16. hmmmm *scribble scribble scribble*
  17. That part was introduced in a Friends set, it's a great part!
  18. You need an app for that. The Flickr app is free and it's what I recommend. There are some camera apps that will do it through the share feature, but most of those are not free.
  19. They are quite self-absorbed.
  20. Cinna quietly enters the Hall for the first time in many months. Her normally pristine attire is dusty and disheveled, her staff is showing signs of wear, and the heroic Anniversary Medal is halfway tucked into her cloak. Even Mauryl seems less chipper than usual. With her head down so as not to make eye contact with any heroes, she heads over to the quest board and scans through the posted requests. Her eyes linger on Quest #90: A Trip to the Circus and she looks over at Mauryl, flying near her head. A weary but mischievious smile comes to Cinna's lips and she signs her name under the quest. The first step to becoming a hero again has been taken and she heads over to the familiar plush chair by the fireplace. It's been repaired from the damage, something about a chicken, but it's hard for Cinna to really recall the details of events so long ago. She sits down and lets the soft fabric envelop her weary body, staring deeply into the flames of the fire.
  21. The bigger the game becomes, the more likely there are going to be people that don't understand how hierarchy works and will feel that decisions are a personal affront to thmeselves. Though I haven't been posting much this year, I do keep my eye on things and I'd have to say that even though some folks feel they are being slighted, i can't really agree that it is happening. Nobody can control another's feelings, each of us must take personal responsibility for how we react to the things that happen throughout life and the forum games
  22. Like Sandy said, it's not his game it is the community's game, but there needs to be a manager and it can't be everyone. This wasn't really set up as a democracy, and it shouldn't be. We can all express our opinion, give our reasons for that opinion, and then wait for the ruling. Sandy has been fair, and he knows the game overall better than any one of us. Just because we don't get our way doesn't mean it is the wrong decision, it could mean that we don't see the bigger picture for the situation or just that the reasons aren't worth the change (or cancellation of the change). It seems selfish for anyone to actually be upset that Sandy doesn't do what they want, he always listens and takes it into consideration. Please no. What a mess that would be.
  23. As far as parts go, this is an amazing series. My vote for the panda was a tough one but I really need that mask for a project I'm working on (it's like they KNEW! lol) and it comes with the teddy bear panda as well which is great! I can't vote for a robot fig as my fav overall fig but I really really like all the parts (minus head itself) on Wiley.
  24. [pid][/pid] 239B Mariann created a neat little vignette of some sea turtles hatching out of eggs on the beach. Nice part usuage here for making some brickbuilt turtles that could work well in a larger layout. turtle power by Model Gal [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]
